Best service , good location and affordable price, lovely staff and enjoyed my stay ....Food is tasty , good view of Mumbai streets, but noisy but ***ageable, amazing service given by housekeeping team , even front office staff are very polite ....

The Accommodation is very comfortable and the staff members are very friendly, specially Pavan is so friendly and helpful. The Room service is very good. It is very close to our Office as well as to Churchgate Station.

The hotel was clean, tidy and even the staffs were maintaining there cleanliness.The services are great, as well as the staffs are also friendly. The food was not bad, satisfied overall. It's safe and secure place to stay.

Great stay thanks for nice arrangement. Mr gonzalvis morning arrangement for our breakfast was superb ………… the hotels location is best as all the nice places are nearby. Churchgate station is just a walk of 2 mins .

I have loved my stay at Astoria, it has become my home away from home. All the staff are so lovely and caring and always look after you. The rooms are kept clean and anything you may need they are more than willing to get for you. Such a lovely hotel with great service and amazing people !

I want to congratulate the staff at the hotel. We were absolutely amazed by how kind and attentive the staff is. In particular, we were very impressed by the ***ager at breakfast, and by a young *** who cleans the rooms. But everyone was outstanding... far more than we could have asked for. The staff went out of their way numerous times to make the stay more comfortable, to accommodate every need and request, and made us feel completely at home at the hotel. They were truly one of the greatest highlights of our trip to India. It was humbling and inspiring to find such a kind group of people. Please thank them for us. You truly have a treasure in the people who work at this hotel.

The hotel is in a nice location. Easy connections to Mumbai with the Churchgate station being closeby. Close toarine Drive. The rooms and toilets are clean. Service could be a little better though is all I can say.

Decent Hotel for Business purpose. Location is good. Rooms could have been better, with basic amenities. Breakfast is really good, compared to the hotel standard. But A la carte food is not satisfactory. Price is too high, compared to food quality.
