Een degelijk stadshotel. Voor toerisme ietwat minder geschikt. Bij een toeristen-hotel verwacht ik dat er ergens wat ruimte is om even rustig te zitten. Nergens in het hotel is er iets als een rustzone, of een koffielounge of een gewone rustige zithoek. In de kamers is ruimte voorzien voor een koelkast, alleen er is geen koelkastje aanwezig en al zeker geen mini-BAR. dat maakt het dus alleen maat bizar dat men mij check out vraagt, wat ik uit de minibar geconsumeerd hen. Ontbijt is uitgebreid als je een Indische maag hebt. Maar ietwat meer mogelijkheden voor Europese en Amerikaanse gasten zijn welkom. Leer asjeblieft een degelijke koffie voor het ontbijt te maken. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

So osm place and service the hotel is so good the staff was so helpful we stay in executive room the room was so osm and 24 hour restaurant service was also so good i must say this is best hotel i stay in bombay ❤️

The hotel is excellent with large and spacious rooms and well maintained the food is awesome and delicious with ever pleasing staff grateful thanks to Mr Vijay executive sales ***ager who regularly over viewed the event the catering staff mr Kilbir ,Vijay and Harish who took great care of all our doctors during the 10 days education program conducted by Smile USA not to forget our room boy who kept our rooms absolutely clean and the front office ever pleasing we hopefully have are next event here

We conducted a dental conference for 11 days. One of the best experiences we have had. Ever grateful to the ***agement and staff. Excellent food, cleanliness and coordination made our stay and conference a great success. A very special thanks to Mr. Vijay Srivastava and Mr. Kulbir Singh and Mr. Vijay. They took utmost care of the entire event

I stayed with my Group of 5 Western tourists. Mr. Sanjeev Tiwari, ***ager, in Flute Restaurant is exemplary with his courteous demeanour. His team - Ashish, Nikhil, Parsuram are all remarkable. Exceptional stay and food.

Been going to Krishna palace hotel for over 12 years from London for business trips in Mumbai. I go here atleast 5 times a year and have never been disapointed. Service from Bharat and his team at check in is always excellent with a warm welcome and smile, Room service is quick and on point, cleaners are always ontime and do a great job. Flute has amazing staff and food. Dharam, Shivaji and their team always listen and give excellent service. They get the food made to your taste. Ram makes amazing cocktails and makes sure that the beers are always chilled.

We visited Mumbai and what better place other than Hotel Krishna Palace could be for our 2 nights stay. The hotel is strategically located in central Mumbai close to - Gateway of India, Sidhi Vinayak temple, Haji Ali Dargah,. The airport transfer doesn’t take a lot of time via the sea link route. Rooms were clean. Apart from the hotel being located at central Mumbai, we were taken by the behavior of the hotel staff. They are kind, humble and take all needs of the guests, and to mention specially Mr. Tiwari and Mr. Santosh - whom we met during breakfast. They made sure that we had a good breakfast and kindly guided us with information on how and where to visit places in the city. Mr Tiwari is a perfect gentle*** and Mr Santosh is very kind and helpful person

The staff were very helpful and was even upgraded . The restaurant accommodated my specific culinary needs and staff very helpful, specially Mr Tiwari and Akash. Have been coming for quite some time and will continue to do so.
