Unprofessional staff at front office ***ager do not book this hotel they don't have courtesy to take care of there if you book this hotel they will cheat you there are ***y hotel beside,if you book this hotel you will waste ur money ,I had very bad experience hotel is good but staff and ***ager as very unprofessional and pathetic,no ***ners If you're staying and you had any complain regarding service ***ager will tell your to get out if you don't want to stay very very very very very very very poor and pathetic experience I had in my stay zero tolerance

Hotel is very close to the airport, very clean (clean room, linen and bathroom) and has elevator.
Slightly difficult to locate once you are near, but not bad.
Hotel staff was well spoken and provide timely wake up call.
Hotel does offer taxi booking to airport for 500 bucks. We had 6 bags so we booked it as we were told it will be a big taxi, but ended up getting a small one with most luggage on carrier (roof).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but okay for me as l prefer no frills. There are restaurants nearby so easy to get dinner. The hotel is near the airport but roads can be very busy at peak times.

The property is located in a very decent locality near to Saki Naka Junction and Metro. Rooms are bit small but quiet clean and sufficient for a couple or 2 persons. they providing 24/7 hot water, room service etc. a

Booked a room for 2 but got none with twin bed. All basic requirements were for 1 person..1 towel, 1 tooth brush etc.
No window , no natural ventilation

Not worth the price at all. Overpriced. Small rooms, Worst service did not give towels for entire day. did not change room on requeast. Staff ignores you. Room with toilet view instead of city view. Go only if you get delux room for 2000. otherwise don't go only. Worst service. Breakfast ok only.

Small & clean rooms. Rooms has no window. Breakfast spread not huge but tasty. They don't have room service and in house kitchen to serve lunch/dinner/anything. No tea/coffee maker in room. There is dispense for tea/coffee in 4th floor people can use that. For any food requirement you have to depend on Swiggy/Zomato also they don't deliver it to room and not provide cutlery to have food at your room with ease. Which I feel very inconvenient. I asked for just 1hr extension to front office he denied and said we have to charge you for that. If we are for 1N stay then it is recommendable otherwise no second time stay. Only best part is neat and clean room.

Terrible! This hotel is not at all close to the photos it has on website. We had multiple issues: aize of the rooms are too tiny, the AC in our room was broken and wasn’t cooling, water wasn’t passing from the shower area, the entire hotel was reeking of cigarette smell. Also, the ********** listing said thatbit has a kitchen and dining option, but only thing available in the hotel was minimal breakfast. Terrible stay!
