The hotel is rather new and this should be good news but the comfort is not to the level :
- I had a room with mosquitoes. I asked on the second day to spray an insect killer but in the evening, the mosquitoes were all there. They forgot.
- the sound isolation is very poor despite of being a new building. I could hear my neighbours on the phone and almost catch what they were saying
- they gave me a room next to the technical lift which was bringing workers to the upper floor where works are going on. The lift was noisy and the workers were making a lot of noise from 8.00 to 21.30. How come they sell such rooms?
- Finally, the shower was suddenly cold and then super hot ervry morning and evening.
I complained when I left (I booked the superior room, so I expected a good experience) and I just had an embarassed smile as an answer.
- Last problem: 3 emails to get the transfer to the hotel because when I sent my flight details, the answer was sending me again the prices for the transfer instead of the confirmation.
Very disappointing and so far, the worst Radisson Blue I have ever visited in the world!
Positive : the size of the rooms and the breakfast which was fair.
