NOT RECOMMENDED. DONT PLAY WITH UR LIFE. Full of BED BUGS. Hotel staff will steal your belongings. Pathetic and very unhygienic Washrooms. Rooms full of FUNGUS. No ventilation at all. They just spray Room freshner every half an hour. U can find trash everywhere in room

Bunking in a hostel was a new thing for me, but after staying in GoStops, now I first check whether there is a GoStops in the place I go.. it is a mix of both Cost effective and more than ample amenities.. also being in a prime spot like Colaba, can't ask more!

This was my second time with Gostops and again it was an awful experience. First time in old Manali and then in Nainital as well. Staff was extremely rude and co-traveller were talking on phone all night with smoking in rooms and washroom which was extremely bad. Plus no cleanliness maintained and the cleaning staff wipe the bathroom floor using bedsheet while changing it. There are so many things which made my experience really bad. Please don't go as a solo female traveller.

Their customer service is absolutely pathetic. Will not refund any bookings even in case of emergencies like someone passing away. They will happily cancel the booking and give it to someone else while minting money from you also. Be ware no autorickshaw goes till this location. Only taxi or cab will go and the price will be 4 times the regular fare. They lie about Mumbai Airport being near. It is 25 kms away! Very disappointing service!

The place has a very bed smell, mouse all over the hostel, public area washrooms lobby have a zero cleanliness, need lot of renovation work the pictures posted and the reality is different so please visit the place and then book your stay ahead.

Hotelis totel infekted with bedbus, have to leave after 1minutesaf bugs attaked me, Hostel din not want to gight bedbuks, as the sel same bed 2 timesm , and do big cash on waching c.lse. all real bad

Stayed here for two days. It's in south Bombay. The location is amazing. All the places are nearby. The rooftop of this hostel is very nice. Very refreshing. It has a common area too which big and nice. I stayed in private room. The room is near and clean. The washroom is also good. A good budget stay if you're planning to stay in South Bombay

Disgusting location, very noisy due to the docks nearby. Very dirty room, dust and dirt everywhere. The bathroom has a very dirty sink, a constant queue for the shower. The staff is not friendly, hard to get help, 5 hours looking for an iron... We traveled as a family with a small child of 2 years old, we could not cook food in the kitchen, as there are a lot of people and it is impossible to get to the stove or microwave. The kitchen is full of cockroaches. Amazing place, not recommended for family holidays, and I wouldn't go there alone.
