Een zeer aangenaam verblijf, ik hield van de service van de mensen die er werken, de kamer, het zwembad en de stoomdouches, dat was uitstekend 👌

Ik kreeg gratis een upgrade naar de Taj Club-kamer met zeezicht. Ik kon ook om 18.00 uur uitchecken omdat ik me niet zo lekker voelde op de dag van uitchecken. De service van al het personeel is uitstekend, eten en drinken is geweldig, ik wilde vegetarische worstjes als ontbijt, en volgens mijn verzoek zorgden ze voor het ontbijt, de Taj zal nooit NEE zeggen tegen elk verzoek. De Jiva SPA is echt goed, mijn vader en ik hadden een sessie van 2 uur. Het buitenzwembad is geweldig ***** met diensten voor eten en drinken. Ik zal zeker binnenkort in het Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai verblijven.

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

It was a luxurious stay as expected It was worth the while.I was celebrating my birthday at the Taj It could had been a more pleasant stay if the service was bit faster,
Other than that it was a great stay.

Highly recommend staying here. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel building is full of character. The location was perfect for us, close to everything that we wanted to do
