Just amazing hotel, everything was perfect, the room, the service.
Swimming pool is nice place to relax.
There is an amazing view from the rooftop bar.

The team is very friendly - but nobody picked up at the restaurant when I tried to order some food. Other than that, the service was impeccable.
The room is well appointed with very nice bed and bathroom. There was no bathrobe in the room and there’s no dining space for two people (only one chair in front of the desk plus one arm chair; shower was a bit hard to use.
All in all my experience was positive, will consider to stay here again next time when the AER bar is open again

Had an absolutely amazing time at four seasons! From the kindness and the smiles from all the staff to the cleanliness and spacious room. Everything was perfect!
We were lucky to have our roon upgraded, and there were balloons, cute sweets, and a chocolate cake at our room! Which was a wonderful surprise and made our engagement and my fiancee's birthday celebration even more special!
Room service was super efficient, and the food was amazing!
Dinner at san:qi was pleasant! Good interiors and not at all loud, perfect place to go on an intimate date. The food was great, and so was the service - special thanks to Nikhil, who took care of us!!
Overall, it was a great experience! Hospitality at its finest! 100% recommend.

Unfortunately the hotel service is mediocre.
The food in the hotel restaurant is totally disappointing, my girlfriend who is from finland makes Indian food much better than in the hotel, please don’t waste your time and money in that restaurant.
The rooms are good and clean is something that cannot be taken away from the hotel.

After 2 years and half not as good as used to be.
Breakfast in a different area, you need to go out of the hotel and not please as before. You need to wait before to sit, noisy and too busy.
The rest of the service, ok not great.
Not sure if I’ll come back here next time.

Great hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Its not a huge hotel but the rooftop bar is amazing. Definitely recommend going up for a drink and an appetizer.
The remodeled room was nice but with the smog you don't really get a view of the ocean..

Excellent stay at this fabulous hotel. Service is amazing. Room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful and service here also fabulous. Restaurant is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thoroughly recommend and hope to stay again. Special thanks to Sonali and team at the concierge who were super helpful and helped make our stay extra special.
