I had the WORST EXPERIENCE you can imagine. Booked a room 3 days ago. The hotel confirmed my booking. I arrive at the hotel after a very tiring journey. I get a shocking response from Mr Ayub at the reception that the hotel is 'fully booked'. I inquire about my booking but he doesn't care about anything and claims we had to reconfirm our already confirmed booking. What does that even mean??? I would never recommend anyone this hotel. I hope the owners read this and have some attitude checks with their staff especially Ayub. I don't think he understood the fact that the hotel industry is a 'service' industry. I had to go hunting for a hotel at the 11th hour. Terrible terrible experience!!

1st room they gave us the AC was leaking. The shower and toilet was 1 tiny room. So uncomfortable. 2nd room the cover of the AC was loose, thought it would fall on our head as it was above the bed. Finally the 3rd room was ok..we stayed 4 nights room was only cleaned once. Took 3 rooms for us to get some what comfortable. As id already paid online i couldn't change this hitel. Ive seen other places much cheaper, comfortable and spacious. Dont think id be staying here again.
