Tôi đã chấp nhận mất tiền không muốn ở đó vì dịch vụ quá tệ. Vị trí rất khó tìm, xung quanh không ai biết và đi lại rất nhiều lần mặc dù khuôn viên không lớn..

My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India. However, arriving at the apar**ent at 1am, there was no one there to check us in. I was informed before travelling to contact there care taker, I rang several times (as well as the reception) and unable to reach contact. We had to get a hotel the first night... I wouldn't really say the rooms are serviced, for the two weeks we stayed there it was 'serviced' the first two days, and by serviced the floor was sweeped at that was it. There was construction work ongoing for the full two weeks on the outside of the building - removing the rendering. Therefore, from 9am to 6pm, there was constant banging. We were not informed of this before arriving or when we could finally actually check in. The apar**ent states there is a pool, which is correct but it only opens at 6pm until 8pm... The only good thing about this apar**ent was the seating area in the apar**ent complex surrounded by trees and animals.

It is a great place and inside a residential complex. We were 2 single women - it was completely safe. The staff there are very, very helpful for anything you need and available at all times. There is a geyser for hot water. It was spacious for us and not cramped with just the bedroom. However, the place doesnt look like the pictures (there is some wear and tear in the rooms and bathroom), with some cracks and paint peeling. But that is minor and we had a very pleasant, safe and comfortable stay. Would go back.

Good location. Outside ambience is good. No proper tube lights or lamps provided. Furniture conditions are horrible.

The apar**ent listing does say it has a kitchen — but has no stove or cookware. Only a microwave with some serving dishes. The place advertises itself as a service apar**ent which by definition means “ A serviced apar**ent will include a full sized, fully equipped kitchen, enabling you to prepare homemade meals and store food and beverages in the refrigerator. ”.
There is no full Indian meal you can prepare with a microwave.
There was little help from the ********** support desk as well.
