Lemon Tree Hotel, Kalina, Mumbai

The best thing here are the people who try to give the best experience. This was my first experience in Mumbai and I was definitely not disappointed. It was great interacting with the staff here who are always there to help. Shruti, nagma, vinayak , HARDIK ,Vamshi- Thanks!

Lemon tree hotels are the best in Mumbai in my accordance! I would suggest this hotel . Food was really good and staff here is very cooperative. Rooms were really comfortable, clean . Apart from this lounge is good too .I will recommend this hotel from core of my heart .This may sound too much haha but it is true 😀

Breakfast was good. Check in was good. Bed mattresses need to be hardened for spine.check in experience was good. Though hotel is at prime location but huge traffic jam due to construction activities. Keep it up Lemon Tree ream!! It's my second stay. Looking for discount in next stays!!

Nice staff overall at all places, be it reception, housekeeping, citrus breakfast. Good breakfast spread and lovely smiling faces to see and help you with breakfast in the morning - Thanks to Shruti and Nagma! Definitely a recommendation

The stay was good. Place is closer to BKC so if you have work in BKC it is perfect to avoid Mumbai traffic. Rooms are too small similar to IBIS but if you don't spend too much time in the hotel it should not matter much. Beds are ok. Food is reasonable.

An Average Business Hotel. Housekeeping is good. Room Service is Slow, sometimes they don't bother to pick the Utensils back despite reminders. It took them more than 1 hr to deliver our Luggage to our room. AC Fan (impeller) in the room was too noisy, maintenance person addressed complaint after calling them 5 times and resolved the issue which started again after 5 hour. This issue was mentioned by somebody else also in their review. Food at Restaurant is Average to Good. Service is excellent, Shruti, Nagma, Vinayak & Hardik were able to handle the rush smoothly. Though hotel is small, they have Parking Facility available.

Great hosting and Great behaviour by Nagma. Clean rooms and good behaviour. Just the room space could have been a bit large and spacious. And as I have been to lemon tree before in different cities ...so feel the buffet spread could have been better.
