Mon mari et moi avons passé une magnifique semaine à l’hôtel Palm Beach Club. Le personnel est super gentil et serviable . Les chambres sont propres et nous avons bien mangé .

The hotel has recently been refurbished and looks stunning. From the moment you arrive, the staff treat you like royalty; you are sat in a comfortable lounge area just away from the reception, and bring you a refreshing mint tea whilst a charming staff member greets you & introduces the useful TUI Blue App to you, which explains all need to know during your stay. Our room was modern, with clean simplicity but certainly very comfortable, with a large walk in shower, and separate toilet. There was plenty of lighting, and a pleasant addition of Aircon. Elsewhere in the hotel there are two inside bars where you can enjoy a coffee or a cocktail. Both places are well staffed, and like everywhere else in the hotel, the staff are polite, helpful & friendly; this certainly stood out during our stay & I would say the level of service was outstanding. To the rear of the hotel is a good sized swimming pool, flanked by plenty of sun loungers on either side, and a poolside restaurant & seating area. A path led towards the beach, where more loungers can be found which overlook the sea, co well as another small bar. The main restaurant is situated at the rear of the hotel on the lower level, which offers an excellent variety of different food which changes daily. I won't go on further - we loved our stay & will return. Well done TUl Blue Palm Beach!

Well, what a fantastic holiday we had at Palm Beach, The staff at Bar, and the restaurant are amazing attentive, and always smiling. compliments to all the chefs the food was outstanding. special mention to Sonia the general manager and lofty restaurant manager could not do enough for us, Also the Spa is has some good massages at reasonable prices, we will be back.

We stayed here after 3 days of after we had 2 leave after awful news . Staff where absolutely fantastic & dealt with our situation professionally & Tks to all the members of staff I would definitely come bk to this hotel & amazing Sonia Tks for all your help

Last day at this amazing hotel, nice and clean and refreshing every day. The food has been the greatest, the staff in the restaurant were wonderful. The refurb at this hotel looks amazing, breathtaking in each corner. My son Umar will miss every staff member who always had a smile for him everyday.

Where do I start!? This holiday was by far one of the best so far, I travelled with my family to palm beach, we had the most memorable stay. The staff were friendly, approachable and attentive, food was delicious everytime, beach was breathtaking, hotel was clean and spotless. I will be returning to Tunisia again for sure. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a chilled and fulfilling family stay. Keep it up #teampalmbeach you are exceeding customer expectations. 5 STAR FOR SURE!!!!

Just returned from a few days here and it was brilliant!! We were a bit skeptical from all of the negative reviews but these are all from before it was renovated ... and it now looks like a completely different hotel. Still needs a few days for the grass to grow etc but the rooms, restaurants etc were all great and the beach is like being in the Caribbean!! Staff were amazing too!! Would definitely recommend and will go again!

What a lovely hotel!! It's just been completely renovated with new rooms, restaurants, public areas.. everything has been done! When you walk in through the front door you immediately get sea views which are breathtaking! The beach is like being in the Caribbean! Food was great, service was great... and we'll definitely be back!

We just came back from a week of holidays and we really enjoyed the stay. The area is so good and nice! The staff are friendly and helpful, a big thank you to Abdul who works in the beach and all the time is pending if everyone has an umbrella, seats, mattresses… we loved him. The only thing I would suggest to improve is the food choice not to be so repetitive and in our room 316 the air conditioning was working but so little that was really hot to have a proper good sleep. All other good and we will for sure be back to visit next year!
