Inexpensive, by the highway but the Jacuzzi room got all steamy I felt like I was in the tropics. It was really fine once getting settled in, especially if you are look ng for a super budget option.

The room smelled so bad, the bathtub and sink were filthy. I reserved a king bed and got a two bed queen. The bathroom was filthy . It says they just remodeled it and that's a lie. The rooms and grounds were all dated.

Wasn’t cleaned and smelled of smoke.was loud all night from the people who live here all year.

On December 4, 2023, we made a reservation with your hotel for January 19, 2024 to January 27, 2024, after a search through *******. When we arrived early on Saturday, January 20, 2024, and arrived at the hotel, we found a totally different hotel than the one we had booked. I proceeded to tell the Front Desk that I didn't like it and that I wouldn't stay there. To whatever it was, he replied that he couldn't do anything because we had a reservation already made and he had to proceed with it. I told him to let me see the room and he told me that I had to pay first. Since we had communication problems, since he did not speak Spanish and I did not speak English, we got a translator to help us. He explained my concern and disappoin**ent, so they agreed to cancel my reservation and charge me for just one night, since it was 3 am and we were extremely tired. They charged me $73.52, which I paid cash. The Front Desk gave me the room key without even explaining where it was. When we entered the room we did not find the following: 1. The front door did not open. 2. The bedspread on the bed, besides being old, had tears from burns. 3. There were cockroaches running in the bathroom. 4. There was no toilet paper. 5. The pillows were torn with the filling outside. 6. Broken and dirty curtains. 7. The bed sheets looked dirty and stained.

On the ad it said free breakfast, but they did not have breakfast. Overall, the day was OK.

They have roachs bugs they changed my room 2 times n they had roachs I the other room n I still haven’t recovered my refund

The water in my shower did not work. No coffee pot, needs dusting. The outside seems like they have been making improvements (large dumpster). The parking lot was clean and recent repair to blacktop had been done. They didn’t have the room available that I requested, so I was given a different one. Employees kids (5 younger ones) running around lobby.

We checked in and checked out 15 mins. later. Everything in that room was filthy and I took pics. Microwave, refrigerator, floors and the bathtub was disgusting. Big hole in the wall. So I didn't even sit on the bed cuz they probably weren't clean either. And I reserved a king and got 2 full size beds. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Just disgusting. Creepy people around there.

This place is disgusting not clean at all hair on the sheets,pillow cases I woke up the following day with welts on my body only to find a bed bug in the room I stayed in I complained to the front desk I wanted my money back only to be told management is out in meetings and can’t get in touch with anyone bs just didn’t want to reimburse me for my room horrible horrible place to stay
