Lavinia Bay Beach Hotel

The stayed at Lavinia Bay Beach Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from the balcony with a sea view, which provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. But the pool has to be renovated and maintained.

The smell from the rubbish dump was a concerning factor. Staff and the room was okay. No regrets I got what I paid for.

Staffs are entering rooms without clients approval...once they used master key or just simply opening the door....it happened twice...so alarming and privacy issues...

It was amazing yet to develop I will share list down the positive and negative feedback. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The manager of Lavinia bay restaurant gave us a very bad customer service today when we were gonna book a family room for 4 people. Usually the family room for 18,000 LKR but the manager said he will give the room for 25,000 saying that they have to spend a lot of money for cleaning. Cleaning is a main responsibility for a hotel but unfortunately the manager was gonna charge extra for cleaning which is unacceptable. NEVER TRUST THIS HOTEL!! Terrible food portions and terrible customer service!!!
