The property itself is absolutely beautiful, boasting a sophisticated boutique style that brings a wonderful touch of luxury to the Outback. The service throughout my stay was flawless, with a team that truly understands genuine hospitality. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was immaculate. I want to give a special mention to Camilla from the housekeeping team, who was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. Bed and pillows need refreshing. Door to balcony did not open. Aircon was good and shower ok, however not much room in bathroom. Did not feel as safe as I would like.

On arrival the staff already had our room allocated and helped us unpack the car. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, and food was very good

Stay was ok. Food was great. Lost a lot of points though with mold in shower and exhaust vent

Two day stop over Room good. Access ok. Council worker started blowing down street leaves at 6:45 AM for half an hour right outside the first morning! Not happy!

Need to replace bed

The staff are just fantastic. Best place in Mt Isa.

My wife and I spent three nights here and were more than satisfied. Our room was comfortable and quaint with a big balcony. The normal amenities you would expect were there, and generally, the staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of minor problems arose, but these were quickly sorted out by the manager. We would be more than happy to stay there again.

Arm chair broken, bathroom not cleaned properly with hairs everywhere. Outside table and chairs covered in dust.
