Geweldige diensten ter plaatse, goed eten, prijzen zijn goed, personeel zeer beleefd en zorgzaam - zeer rustige en ontspannen sfeer en omgeving - kamers zijn zo ontspannend - ik hield van mijn verblijf daar - zwembad zo schoon - zorg er wel voor dat je een paar dagen plant eerder als u diensten plant in het weekend omdat er veel mensen zijn die in het weekend stoppen en het personeel het zo druk heeft - als u uw hotel in het weekend krijgt, krijgt u mogelijk geen behandelingen van uw keuze als u dat niet doet plan niet vooruit :)

De kamer was mooi en schoon, we genoten van ons verblijf van 2 dagen, maar er is niet veel te zien, je moet naar Fes rijden als je wilt bezoeken. Ons verblijf hier was rustig en ontspannend, niets om over te klagen! Bedankt!

Het hotel was in slechte staat, de prijzen waren extravagant in vergelijking met wat ze beweren, mijn vrouw betaalde bijna $ 160 voor hun spa en ze wilden nog steeds dat ze betaalde voor een fles water, deze plek is het niet waard

Hôtel very clean. The staff is noce and helpful. However, too many staff members in the spa area which makes communication very tedious. I had the experience of getting an info and the opposite in 5 minutes. A high five to the director though. Very professional man.

Undoubtedly, the hotel is both beautifully positioned and beautifully designed. The food is of a high standard (and they were very accommodating of our vegan and gluten-free requests). However, there is one BIG let-down to this so-called thermal hotel...you cannot just go and bathe in the thermal waters as a guest! Indeed, we were told it would cost us €20 per person per hour to enjoy the thermal waters, which is both mean-spirited and ridiculously over-priced. We have stayed in thermal hotels all over the world, and (to date) this is the first and only experience we have had where the actual thermal facilities were not freely available to guests. So, we wandered up the road about 200 metres and enjoyed the same thermal waters in the village's own public thermal facility for a couple of Euros, and enjoyed friendly chats with the local people. A far richer experience than over-priced exclusivity!

Room was spacious. Lights flickering. Shabby finishes. Shower drain blocked with hair. One clothes hanger available in cupboard, requested more from reception and still waiting. Restaurant area looked like a hostel dining room and service extremely slow. Drinks prohibitively expensive. Staff do not communicate in English at all, and thus are aloof if not unfriendly. Gym has no aircon, towels or water. Swimming pool was lovely. Modern but shabby and no atmosphere. Weird spa experience, huge communication problem and unwelcoming.
