Churaumi on the Beach Motobu

I have booked 3 days stayed in this hotel from November 7 to November 10. I have checked into this hotel on November 7th at 7 o'clock at night. When I entered the door, the room already smelled bad. Then I found one or two geckos in the kitchen, and then I also found that there were many mosquitoes on the bed. When I went to sleep, I can't endure it when you're sleeping on the pillow, there are a few mosquitoes walking around the bed. I didn’t sleep the whole night. Due to no staff on duty at night and we can't complain on that night, and finally I decided to leave this hotel tomorrow and give up these two hotel stays. I have complained to the hotel about this. They replied me that it is inevitable that insects will appear in this area where there is a lot of nature. Geckos are said to protect the home in Okinawa and cannot be removed at all. And the hotel usually do not issue refunds due to bugs and odors. I absolutely NOT NOT NOT recommend to book this hotel due to the cleanliness of the hotel.

酒店好有日本家庭的感覺，露台看出外面有漂亮的海景，雖然週邊餐廳要開車一段路程。但可建議在超市可以買一些東西回酒店煮。因為它有火爐煮食提供。整體評分不錯

프론트 직원분들도 친절하시고 시설도 좋고 객실에서 바다의 풍경이 좋습니다. 주위에 식당이 없기 때문에 체크인 전이나 후에 식사를 하셔야합니다

We'll be back! This is the hotel(motel?) for you, IF: * You want to be on the beach * You are driving * You are independent (no housekeeping unless you stay 7 nights) * You want to do some cooking (full kitchen and all tools available) This venue is on the beach, it's practically private as there are no other hotels next door, the only neighbour is a surf shed which wasn't all that busy. The laundry (washer/dryer) is super handy. Sitting outside in the morning with a nice drink watching the sun come up is ideal. 20 ish minute drive to downtown Nago 90 minute drive from Naha

Didnt stay here as pulled up at hotel and was so put off by surrounding area and the bars on windows, we decided to find a new hotel

I like that this hotel is pet friendly. The room is clean considering that it is a pet-friendly room.

バルコニーの目の前が海で最高のロケーションでした。波の音を聞きながら眠りにつける贅沢な時間を過ごせました。部屋も綺麗で、必要な物は揃っていて不便なく過ごせました。レンタカーで向かいましたが、看板が見えづらいので一度通り過ぎてしまいました。逆からだと木で余計見えずらかったので改善して欲しいです。
