В первую очередь похвалю прекрасное расположение: от метро ”Спортивная” практически в сотне шагов, только за угол завернуть, а улочка тихая и спокойная. В пешей доступности Новодевичий монастырь (поэтому я и выбрала этот отель) и Лужники (а вот в соседнем с отелем зданием - хоспис, не самое веселое учреждение...), рядом очень много кафе, пекарен, пиццерий и прочего, есть где и перекусить, и плотно пообедать. А вот в самом отеле отношения с питанием какие-то нездоровые: при достаточной цене за номер без завтрака за этот самый завтрак просят еще по 1200 (тысяче двести) рублей с человека, хотя рядом полно мест, где за тысячу вдвоем можно отлично позавтракать (и мы так и сделали). В номере есть мини-бар, но цены тоже аховые. Приятным сюрпризом оказалось ”почти мохито” (вода с лимоном и мятой) в лимонаднике у стойки администратора, я очень люблю это сочетание, с удовольствием попила, пока оформляли заселение, и потом еще подходила, чтобы попить. Номер очень хорош, удобная постель, много разных подушек (кажется, на сайте отеля это называется ”меню подушек”). Еще в номере махровые халаты, тапочки, сейф, гладильная доска и утюг - это очень удобно. Две бутылочки с питьевой водой, чай, сахар, чайник, чайные пары и бокалы для воды. Есть холодильник, но он битком забит мини-баром, чтобы поставить что-то свое, места нет. В санузле зубные щетки, паста, шампунь и гель для душа два в одном и бальзам для волос - не одноразовые, а во флаконах, душевая кабина с тропическим душем и обычной ”лейкой”. Словом, если не считать кусачих цен за еду (что нам не помешало, мы отлично поели вне отеля), все очень понравилось.

Отель ориентирован на клиентов: очень доброжелательная атмосфера, чувствуешь себя, как дома, персонал готов помочь по любому вопросу, получили комплимент: шампанское и конфеты с именной открыткой, что было очень приятно). Убирают постоянно и, как следствие, очень чисто. Все хорошо продумано: есть все, что нужно из мебели для комфортного проживания и на кухне в номере, чтобы приготовить еду, но мы прогулялись 5 минут в ресторан поблизости: очень вкусно и душевно провели время на летней веранде, получили скидку по флайеру отеля, что было приятно). В Лобби - яблоки, питьевая вода и вкусный домашний лимонад, как я понимаю, готовится ежедневно! Редко встретишь такое в отелях). За доп плату - качественный кофе, даже не жалко деньги заплатить за такой), брали капучино, очень понравился). Ещё было мороженое и снеки всякие. Перед нами выезжала пара, которые отмечали бракосочетания, такие счастливые лица были у них, в таком восторге остались, даже открытку поздравительную от отеля на память забрали, сказали, что все годовщины будут тут отмечать. Радует, что отель не просто заселяет и выселяет своих гостей, то есть тупо предоставляет услуги, а реально делает праздник из проживания у них. Просто молодцы! Из короткого общения с другими гостями, поняла, что люди живут месяцами, кто ремонт делает в своей квартире, а кто в долгосрочные командировки приезжает, то получается выгоднее, чем снимать квартиру, при этом посуду моют каждый день, убирают номер и постель меняют регулярно)). Взяла на вооружение), задумаю ремонт - так же поступлю. Как раз ещё попали на акцию с подарочными картами за подписку в инстаграме, подписались-получили карту на 1000р, в следующий раз используем, а следующий раз обязательно будет), реально хочется вернуться!
