Отель очень понравился, персонал вежливый! В номерах чисто и все что нужно есть! Завтрак отличный! Расположение очень удобное!! Буду рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым!

這個價位少有的能提供早餐的酒店，酒店很老，電梯很奇葩。周圍也不怎麼方便。如果有其他選擇不推薦這個。。

Just a hotel. Nice placement, there is the VDNH nearby and subway station. Service was polite, no problems. Room was for 2 persons (me with my girlfriend). Key-card, good soundproofing. We didn't like that there wasn't a double bad — jast two bads places side by side.

Самое отвратительное заведение в моем опыте. Забронировала стандартный номер за несколько недель. Сразу увидела что если заселение после 19:00, нужно заранее позвонить и предупредить. Позвонила в день заезда утром в 10 часов, менеджер спросив мои данные уверила меня что все все хорошо, и будут ждать меня после 19:00. В итоге по приезду в отель администраторша довольно-таки в грубой форме высказала мне что моя бронь отменена, на вопрос на каком основании сказала что я не предупреждала о позднем заезде (в 20:00) и мою бронь отменили. Попытка доказать что я звонила (показав телефон и вызовом на их номер) добилась только того что позвонили руководству которое указало мне на дверь. Никому не рекомендую это заведение.

Люди, которые пишут плохие отзывы, вы вот чего ожидаете от отеля за 1400 р/ночь с завтраком в Москве. Если за 1000 уже только хостел. На ресепшене обе девушки очень приятные, предложили заселить нас раньше, так как был номер. В отеле 5 этажей и много номеров, визуально приятно и чисто. В номере мало места конечно, но всё необходимое есть. Кровать приличная, бельё чистое, дали два одеяла по запросу, вода горячая без перебоев, холодильник, свет хороший. Ничего не гудит и не шумит, немного слышно соседей, но это не критично. Немного прохладно в номере, на 2 дня нормально, больше наверное надо просить обогреватель. Внизу столовая, очень бюджетная, народу всегда много. Есть что выбрать. В завтрак входит 6 позиций еды или напитков, наедались и даже слишком. От метро через сквер идти минут 10, а вот магазины всё далеко. Впечатление приятное, я бы приехала ещё раз. Главное, конечно место расположения и чистота в номере.

Ужасны отель Приехали ночью заранее позвонили договорись То что можно ли остаться до 20:00 По телефону да сказали 5300 В итоге по приезду Встретил охранник еще минут 25 ждали пока выйдет персонал вышла девушка с недовольным сонным лицом не могла связать и 2 слов Говорит то что выселяться нужно будет в 12:00 Хотя забронировали на сутки За 5300 14.09.23 3:30 ночи по 14.09 .23 12:00 Крайней не советую сюда приезжать Дали номер на 4 человек хотя нас двое Номер грязный стены испачканные Очень холодно и запах столовой на весь коридор Вывод сделайте сами худшего сервиса мы не видели
