very good place near the red sqaure, but thr bed is traditional european style not so wide like chinese bed. Anyway very good breakfast and nice view

Мы праздновали годовщину свадьбы! Из этого отеля, мы отправились в ЗАГС и вот мы снова здесь. Все также уютно, приятно и заботливо! Прекрасный завтрак с музыкальным сопровождением, что важно живым! Волшебное место!

莫斯科老牌酒店，有一百多年的歷史，風格很old money。位置方便，步行到紅場衹需要穿越地鐵站的通道。
前台小哥很好，提前到因為有房間，也幫忙做了checkin。
早餐廳景色一流。

整個地理位置去莫斯科景點都很近，周圍也很方便購物，需要打卡的餐廳也都很近，很適合出行

位置無敵了，早餐算豐盛的。對面就是紅場和克宮。酒店雖然老，但很有風韻。房間很好，衞生間也很不錯。早餐早點過去找個靠窗位無敵了。9點以後還有老爺爺現場彈奏鋼琴，貴族的很。

酒店位置很好就在紅場對面。過馬路就是紅場。
因為太怕冷了，而且冬天走路會比較累。平常能走很久。這次紅場要分兩天逛。剛好，走累了就回酒店躺一下。反正那個廣場那麼熱鬧。那麼早就天黑了，休息一下還能出去繼續逛吃。
酒店房間不小，就是電梯是那種舊款。但也有可能是他的風格。房間裏有送兩瓶水。
廁所裏洗髮水沐浴露牙膏牙刷拖鞋浴袍都有配。
酒店大廳有一些畫，看起來還蠻好看的。反正我也看不懂。

入住如此有名的酒店居然踩大雷。
攜程沒問題，酒店也沒問題。有問題的是平台上的代理商。
因為是帶媽媽一起旅行，所以精挑細選了一家有歷史有服務的酒店，期間也和攜程聯繫確認一下具體酒店的訊息，以為會是個完美的體驗 沒想到是噩夢的開始。因為辦理入住的人太多 行李要稍後才送到，我們先行上樓。到達入住樓層找了十分鐘才進入房間，正常的房間都是最後一張圖片這種入户門，誰會想到代理給我們訂的房間居然是圖2的這種半層房，入口極其隱蔽，立感大事不妙。
進到房間發現確實不咋地，顯示的圖片是兩扇窗 通風采光都沒問題，實際上衹有一扇窗和一扇鎖死的半窗。因為採光的問題 搭配上已經壞了的門廳燈 房間極其壓抑 ，並且窗外毫無風景。
隨後我自行到前台溝通，恰巧碰上了需要翻譯語言不通的同胞。翻譯時得知，同胞訂的房間比我們便宜500元左右，並且酒店可以給升級成克林姆林宮景觀套房。隨後我説明我的需求，哪怕加錢升級我也可以接受。酒店告知因為我的代理預訂 訂單不可取消 不可升級更換房間。（期間攜程客服也有嘗試和酒店溝通 但未得到酒店方便回覆。）
回到這間“半地下”仍心有不甘，為了給媽媽更好的出行體驗，決定第二天入住隔壁THE CARLTON。因為怕了代理商給的驚喜，決定直接用現金去利茲前台辦理入住，雖然比平台預訂貴了不少 但第二晚第三晚還算順利，體驗感也好了很多。

非常好的酒店，位置很好，早餐種類也很多，邊上就是一家米其林餐廳，24小時營業！對面就是旅遊景點，紅場！
