One of the worst experience in my life. the staff is not bad but the hotel policy is a disaster. Every day they blocked our room even if we left a double deposit in €. And if you try to explain to them the situation, the staff does not want to listen to you. We wanted to leave passport but they just accept the money They simply have their own policy and are not interested in anything. For a 5 star hotel, this is a shame The water in the room is black as mud. You can pay only in Russian rubles and credit cards don’t work. My advice to everyone before they come, to exchange money before or on airport as otherwise they will not be able to pay anything. I’m so disappointed 😔

No clue about status, people at Front desk poorly trained. Not too nice lobby bar either. Otherwise nice massive hotel off two very busy roads. not centrally located. Everybody besides front desk very nice and professional. Guests sometimes weird, especially at bar.

Отель явно не 5 звёзд,в коридоре, возле чьей-то двери,сутки стоял бокал из-под вина,ковровое покрытие явно нуждается в хорошей такой чистке,как и мягкое изголовье кровати. На четверых(отель 5 звезд,если что):ни одного халата,одна пара тапочек,две бутылки воды 0.5. Я понимаю что конечно можно все это попросить,но когда отель такого уровня,вроде как за меня должны были подумать о моем комфорте. И отдельная тема оплата парковки. При въезде цена была 1.200 сутки,при выезде она увеличилась до 2000,и только после споров цена осталась 1.200. То есть это не фиксированная цена,а исключительно по желанию хостелс.

Отель я бы оценила на 3*, но точно не на 5*. Плюсы. При заселении мне бесплатно повысили категорию номера с делюкс на полулюкс. Хорошая звукоизоляция (возможно потому что номер в самом конце коридора. Неплохое расположение. Большая удобная кровать. Но. Сразу бросается в глаза «усталость» номеров. Постельное белье с пятнами, дыры от сигарет на шторах, грязь и пыль по углам… В номере только растворимый кофе. Полагаю за такую цену можно и простую капсульную кофеварку поставить. На завтраке дикие очереди даже за кофе, причём одна из трёх Кофемашин была неисправна. Овсянку есть было совершенно невозможно.

Искали отель в этом районе, на первый взгляд по фотографиям, кажется, что это очень приличное место, но к сожалению полное разочарование!!! Начиная от встречи гостей, заканчивая сервисом!!! Приехали с чемоданами и хоть бы кто-нибудь встретил и донёс вещи, дали карточки, которые не работают!!! Решили заказать еду в номер, я конечно все понимаю, но 15% сверху сбор и 100 р за доставку просто странно в отеле 5 звёзд, учитывая стоимость блюд как в Мишленовском ресторане, первый раз такое встречаю, еду несли очень долго, сервис просто никакой! Испорченное настроение гарантировано!!! Не советую брать этот отель.

Отель явно пользовался успехом допандемийного периода. Сейчас весь хороший обслуживающий персонал и менеджеры разбежались, остались те, кому итак "сойдет". Это уже не "пять звезд", потому что: - тут особо никто не торопится, все ходят на расслабоне и чилле, в т.ч. обслуживающий персонал; - очень долгие заказы еды в номер и в лобби баре, приносят холодное; - нет кофемашин в номере, хотя на сайте написано, а еще там написано что-то про пять звезд; - нет бритвенных наборов, мало полотенцев, гладильная доска сломана, дранный халатик в шкафу тоже не радовал глаз; - советую спать ровно солдатиком, без лишних движений, т.к. кровать за собой вам придется заправлять и поправлять самим, при уборке в номере этого не делают; - стеклянные бокалы на завтраках пахнут химией, гости отеля (кроме граждан КНР) даже не допивают из них напитки; - за кондиционером не ухаживают, дребезжал и мешал спать; - уставший СПА требует косметического ремонта, каскадные души в бассейне не работают; - наглые бабки-туристы приходят по утрам с контейнерами и выгребают всю красную рыбу (и не только ее), еды выносят много, приходите пораньше, чтобы осталось что покушать; - телевизоры в номерах "допотопные", удивился, что они цветные. Очень понравились тренажеры, видно что качественные и дорогие. За соль для ванн спасибо - единственная приятная мелочь.

Отвратительный сервис в ресторане (лобби отеля). Долгое ожидание доставки блюд, менеджер Ренат хамил постоянно всем гостям, полное отсутствие клиентоориентированности. В остальном отеле хороший, очень комфортный

Абсолютно шикарное расположение. Центр. Доступность метро, и такси за экономичную сумму. Отличные завтраки, обеды, ужины. Огромное спасибо Дамиру. Очень качественное обслуживание. Забота о клиенте. Большое желание вернуться, благодаря Дамиру.
