Hotel met 3 sterren dat er 4 waard zijn. Toevallig daar beland bij onze zoektocht naar een hotel voor skivakantie 2023. Derde generatie in het hotelbeheer en de ervaring en kennis liet zich meer dan voldoende voelen door de "nieuwe" eigenaar. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal met aangename rondleiding, meegaand in het zoeken van een verblijfsoplossing met aandacht voor onze wensen... Overheerlijk diner nooit verwacht in deze moderne setting... Ontbijt anders gebracht maar alles was aanwezig en van de beste kwaliteit. Accomodatie (zwembad, Hammam en Kamers, schoon moderne maar vooral zeer clean., alleen de standard kamer is volgens onze normen iets te compact maar suite is voldoet aan het gevraagde. Ondanks de moderne look oogt het er nog vrij gezellig met de verschillende hoekjes en salonnetjes. Kijken uit naar ons verblijf in 2023.. My daughter and I stayed here in early January. The service was great, always a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is modern, very clean and beautifully decked out. The spa is really good and accessible straight from your room via the lift so no need to wander through the lobby with your dressing gown on. We only had breakfast but that was plentiful and very good. Location is great, bus stop right outside and only 10 minutes to the slopes.

We stayed here with our two kids, family and also friends. The room was great with a separate room for the kids. The hotel is very modern with cool decor. The pool is really nice as are the spa facilities. Breakfast was good with plenty choice. The staff were excellent and really friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

From the minute we walked into the hotel we were looked after with first class service. Booking in handled impeccably. The lady on reception also organised our lift passes and advised on best pass suited to our needs . Room was very large with sofa and balcony. Breakfast was a pleasure, everything and one catered for . We also ate in the restaurant one evening and food was fantastic. Service spot on. Swimming pool , jacuzzi, sauna and steam room also first class and impeachable clean.

Fantastic hotel, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful (including a man I spoke to on the phone before arrival who answered all of my skiing questions!). Perfect location, great facilities/spa area, couldn’t recommend enough. Our room could have been slightly cleaner on arrival but that’s being picky.

Absolute gem of a hotel! Location, staff, amenities, food and drink are all very good. Bus stop outside the hotel so very easy to get around morzine and surrounding areas on the free bus. The hot tub and spa in the hotel is an added bonus after a day on the slopes. All staff were very helpful, arrived early and the room was ready, even got a room upgrade which was a nice touch. Room was lovely and spacious and had great views over the mountains. Breakfast was great with lots of choice, very chilled. Will 100% be returning!

We couldn’t fault this hotel. Stayed for 5 nights during March and we’ll definitely be back! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning had more choice than we’d ever experienced and the rooms were cleaned every day! The spa facilities never felt busy or crowded and the communal spaces were cosy and well kept. It’s an easy 5 minute walk into the centre of Morzine - and both ski lifts to Avoriaz and Les Gets are super handy! To top it all off, we checked out early before breakfast to find a pack-up laid out for us with sandwiches, fruit and cake and juice for our journey ahead! Its efforts like this that make this place very special.

It’s our second ski stay here , loved it the first time and love it even more second time around. The styling, the layout , the cleanliness and attention to detail is all first class. Lovely breakfast and evening meals

The hotel is a perfect place to enjoy morzine and access to the ski lifts to Avoriaz and Les Gets. Such a beautiful hotel, amenities for everyone one and the staff where amazing - you wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else than here if staying in morzine - just perfect
