The room is clean and very close into the downtown area, you can see the Morro Rock from the Hotel area.

Front desk man was the friendliest person! Nice place, close to the Embarcadero. Room was comfortable with a great view.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was exactly what I needed. It was very quiet and clean. The bed was so comfortable.
This was my first stay at this property but I will be staying again.

I understand this place is an Inn and not a regular hotel, but it was completely over priced for the room and the stay in general. Front desk guy was friendly, but when I asked the cleaning woman for extra toilet paper, she gave me a long, blank stare, and then proceeded to question me on how long I was staying and told me that I shouldn’t flush a lot of toilet paper once. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way because overtime the door expanded from moisture, and on the note of moisture, the bathroom was almost always wet on every surface from not having an extractor or good airflow. The bed was comfortable, but it didn’t have a fitted sheet. They used a flat sheet to cover the mattress. It was nice though to have a fridge and a microwave and pretty much everything was within walking distance of the Inn.

The location of this Hotel is great. It’s a beach hotel and it shows. Looks like it was updated years ago but is showing wear.
