I had a booking for this hotel for September 2023. On planning my journey, something didn't seem right, it wasn't coming up on Google maps, and on further investigation something seemed wrong. Google street view updated in June 2023, and the hotel had different signage. It seems the hotel is now a recovery centre for people with addictions. They had not however cancelled my booking!! I cancelled it myself, but wished to write this for anyone else who is booked in and have not been alerted.

Please don’t stay here for the following reasons: Over priced facilities that are completely unavailable ‘closed for maintenance’ A white board full of rules at check in (like being a school!) Rooms are zero thrills - dated furniture and low pressure showers Breakfast - awful selection, not even a toaster Please read the responses from the motel to some of the reviews below. That alone should make you know you should go and put your money somewhere else. Try somewhere in Morro Bay not on Highway 1

Nice rooms and airy rooms, light colours with a bathroom window that opens! Nice interior decimation and decent toileteries.. Pool is nice, and breakfast coffee good! Good location from the highway, with a good restaurant nearby.

I cannot recommend this hotel/motel. The grounds are filthy, the room not much better, there is a $60 fee for a pet, even though when I booked it said $30 pet fee. Turns out ONE room is designated for the $30 pet fee and of course, that room was not available. The pet area is a ***** of ****s about two feet by ten feet. Breakfast was insufficient. I have nothing good to say about this place.

So the room we were checked into was dirty, not cleaned at all.... bed not made , food left behind.... We were then checked into another room...it was better but not completely clean the floor was dirty in the room and bathroom. Thankfully the bed was clean. The best thing was the location, easy to get to and easy to get around from here as a starting point. The Swimming pool was nice. Sketchy people lingering in the parking lot.... Ill not be staying here again

Hotel molto sporco, ho trovato capelli sul letto, nel lavandino e nella doccia. Per arrivo dopo le 21 ti addebitano 30 dollari, inaccettabile per un motel sulla strada utilizzato da chi viaggia. In stanza entra luce da fuori. Quindi nulla di buono, assolutamente sconsigliato.
