Person at reception was lovely and very informative. Very accommodating staff. Close to the beach and Main Street in Mornington. I’d definitely recommend this property!

The Nespresso machine didn’t work (didn’t pierce the pods) and the basin in the bathroom didn’t drain (appears the metal in built plug was broken). Check in and check out was easy and staff were very accomodating about us checking in earlier. Rooms clean. Small kitchen and fridge convenient. Communication very easy. Location on point too. Short walk to all the cafes. Parking right out the front of our place.

Clean and comfortable beds, quiet away from road noise. Really nice place to stay for a few nights. Room had everything we needed except tissues and block out blinds with some like coming through curtain edges. Highly recommend, friendly staff.

Enjoyed stay, however, booked through your site, requesting spar in room, however, evidently not listed as a requirement on booking, hence no spar - nevertheless, despite this omission, stay was enjoyable

The shower had a water not enough warm and because not available an appropriate stop on the floor the water was free to overflow until the toilet suote. Plus the toilet suite's lid was not able to stay up.

Friendly staff. Quiet area about a 10 minute walk to the main are of town. Nice clean rooms. Shower, however, was disappointing. Took ages to heat up, very low pressure and tricky to get temp right.

Upon arrival Staff were extremely helpful to ensure room was suitable for my husband you had recently had knee surgery. The pool/spa area was an asset, clean and inviting lovely grounds
