They told me that I had to be on the reservation before 8pm and they didn't respect the booking

They did not find my reservation and did not offer to help, very inconvenient having to drive around at night finding another hotel.
the property doesn’t even look like the pictures, is more like a motel.

Terribles instalaciones, infestado de moscos, lo anuncian como Hotel y es un Motel de paso. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad de las instalaciones.

Limpieza de sábanas mala pasador de seguridad quebrado y no se respetó la reservación dio el cuarto como que el que sobre así lo sentí

Vi algunos bichos en el baño fue lo único que no me pareció. Las instalaciones están bien y camas cómodas.

La señal de wifi no llega a las habitaciones más lejanas, hace falta un repetidor de señal. Y fumigar los pasillos porque había muchos mosquitos que cuando abres la puerta se meten a la habitación. Todo lo demás muy bien.
