The location was perfect, it only takes about five minutes walk to the McGill uni and subway stations. The street was clean and safe to take a night walk. Besides, they provided hot breakfast such as warm sausages, scrambled egg, hard boiled eggs, various kinds of bread, coffee, cereal, apple and orange juices. I totally recommend this hotel.

Superbe hôtel, décevant que le bistro soit fermé. Manque d'eau chaude au 10e étage!

總體來講很好，尤其位置非常方便，在市中心，離中國簽證中心衹有200米，去簽證中心辦事很方便，推薦。

First time staying at this hotel. Chose to stay in a luxury fireplace room. Got to our room and the fireplace was not working. They were able to move us very fast into another room. Unfortunately once we got to the new room the toilet was not working. They did send someone fast to look at it but that was all he was able to do. Thought it was a little odd that he didn’t even attempt to fix it. For what we paid for the room, not sure we would stay here again.

I had a delightful stay in downtown Montreal. I was able to check in early and was given a room on the 2nd floor. Later that evening, I asked to move since I could hear everyone’s conversation as they left the elevator and 2nd floor pool. The eighth floor room was a dream!

What a gem! I almost don’t want to give this secret away. It was luxurious quiet and relaxing at the hotel and right at the heart of Montreal. I only wish I had known about this place sooner -I have lived in greater Montreal 26 years and we wanted to stay downtown as a second honeymoon. Did not disappoint!

The heated pool was a nice touch! I got a room with a soaker tub and it was amazing. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Shaunt, Zineth and Aby were great. They assisted above and beyond. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I couldn't hear any of the other guests, so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet option was well stocked and provided a good variety. I would stay here again the next time I'm in Montreal.
