Les Lofts du Centre

Loft is nice but need a good paint job. Garbage bins sit in the main entrance lobby, smelly. Sofa is stained by human fluids, needs a full cleanup. Communication is mainly in english, they "forget" they live in a province that the FIRST language is french. Parking fee not included...

Beautiful, large space with high ceilings, and skylights, enormous bathroom with a very fancy shower and deep soaking tub, great neighborhood near the canal and the metro. A nice kitchen but no pots and pans or chopping board (please add!), a nice work desk that would be improved with a task light and extension cord.

2 minutes from the Metro - spacious and quiet -- I will look to stay again if I need to return to the area.

The parking situation was a bit confusing at first, but we were able to figure it out. The room was very spacious and beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of clean towels and a comfortable couch!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean; easy check-in and check-out; Easy access to food and the metro; comfortable bed; lots of storage/organizational space.

This place is a hazard and is unsafe. All 4 of my guests woke up with bug bites and a headache from the stench in this room. They also will take security deposits without warning for things like “hallway being crowded with more than 4 people when there are multiple rooms on the floor” this place is a nightmare do not bring your families their are plenty of places to stay in Montréal. So stay away.

Great location, close to Metro. Nice cafes near by. Unfortunately aside from the necesaary clean bedding and towels the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. When you find cob webs between kitchen cabinets and the oven top, along with very obviously dirty mugs and glasses in the cabinets...not promising. Parking had inadequate space and was littered with broken ceramic and glass not a value of $23/night.

The poperty is modern and feels very safe & secure. Good bed & bedding; great bathroom and shower. We did not use the kitchen. Confusing TV remote controls - as in unusual - & no instructions or guide. Also, the HDMI cable connecting the TV to the control box was inadequately connected & as we were reluctant to pull the TV away from the wall ourselves, we had to have a maintenance person come in & do it. In addition, the Tv had obviously been connected to something in a different way before and the original cables had simply been cut & left hanging. This does not give a good impression. The marble top of the desk had been broken before we arrived & at some point had been glued, although it had broken again. All that said, it was comfortable, if a bit worn; the owners would do well to replace a few items.
