We zijn teleurgesteld over het beddengoed. We hadden 2 kleine bedden met matrasbeschermers erop die niet dezelfde grootte hadden als de bedden.

Ontvangst en personeel heel vriendelijk!!! Kamer was niet goedkoop voor een budget hotel maar kamer was wel budget klein. Het hotel en kamer stonk naar riool de lucht was niet te harden. Hotel lag prima voor onderweg. Maar echt jammer van de geur.

Kleine kamers. Defecte airconditioning in de kamer toegewezen verandering voor een kamer met een handicap die muf rook… Dit hotel is echt niet aan de norm! Fatsoenlijk ontbijt maar Covid-vriendelijk. .

altijd geschokt dat klanten in de hotels van de Accor-groep wordt gevraagd een borg van 150 € achter te laten om "kussendiefstal" te compenseren...
Nergens anders wordt dit gedaan.

We often stop with our dog at Ibis Hotels. Note that there is nowhere around for the dogs to relieve themselves (not even a small piece of land or grass). The surroundings are very dark and scary at night (no feeling of security). The quality of the hostel is far below the Ibis of the same category (very claustrophobic rooms and old toilets). The night before we did it at the Ibis in Barcelona Cornella and it has no comparison.

The room was super noisy, lots of doors banging in the morning, and I guess everybody in the rooms above me was wearing stiletto heals on the wooden floors in the early morning hours! Impossible to have a late relaxing morning. The staff was super friendly, with one exception: With my loyalty card I am being offered a free drink. I ordered a beer and the bar tender was about to pour it, when his supervisor barged in and she said "if he doesn't pay he only gets a small one !" How pathetic is that ? Breakfast was ok and the bed, as always in Ibis, super comfortable.

This is a lovely ibis, with fully refurbished bedrooms with access to air conditioning. The staff were friendly. However, communication could have been better. On one of the days we stayed, the restaurant was closed, but there was no notice to show this; apart from this, it was a great place to stay, and we enjoyed the three days we visited.
