For one thing there is nothing to do here, but gamble, have a drink at the only bar, or eat Chinese food. Unless it's the weekend. Then you get two more dining options. The 24/7 Bistro there is a joke. I heard out server yelling at her manager in the kitchen when the manager told her to get back to work because she wasn't servicing us at all.
The busloads of the Chinese people in the afternoon is off-putting. They don't really act like customers. They just loiter and wonder around. They camp at the entrance with dozens of bookbags everywhere, and eat their own packaged meals wherever they can sit. Whether it's the floor or hotel/****** furniture. Most are rude and have an odor like the homeless. A couple have walked up to me and yelled something at me that I couldn't understand while I was minding my own business.
