The location was close to the airport and it had everything that is needed and a nice dining area. Just beware that taking a taxi from DIA to the hotel will cost about $30-35.

Location was convenient.
Everything was aged and/or worn. Needs new finishes, plumbing and HVAC controls.

The room was not cleaned properly there’s was other people hair everywhere
A member of staff cam early in the morning knocking real hard at the door to tell me it was time for me to leave when it wasn’t then proceeded to go down the hall knocking on more doors being loud
Also there’s too much noise going on outside at 3 am when people are trying to sleep
The front lobby smelled like a dirty mop

The first room we were assigned, did not even have a running water in it, and the attendant thought we were going to stay in there. So I resisted what they said, and they give me a second room. This place needs a deep cleaning. The floors in our room were stained. The area is kind of sketchy and I would not stay here again. Also, there was a smell of sewer gas in the hallways so obviously they have some kind of sewer problem.

There was a razor blade cap stuck in the tub drain and the public restroom in the lobby had a toe nail clipping on the floor.
The breakfast was not being restocked as it was used.
Also very awkward place for the parking lot. I missed it twice cause it’s set back off the road and you traverse this huge abandoned parking lot to get to it. Very strange.

I would never stay there again. They make it seem so nice but the hotels next door are falling down and there is lots of homeless living there. We felt very unsafe. It was living on skid Road.
