The cozy rooms, attentive staff, and delicious meals made our stay unforgettable. The on-site gardens are a paradise for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. The rooms were very nice and clean with amazing view to the rain forest, great hotel.

I spent my days exploring the nearby trails and spotting exotic wildlife, and my evenings relaxing on the balcony of my room, listening to the sounds of the forest. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals made from locally sourced ingredients, adding to the overall experience. I left Hotel Jardines de Monteverde feeling rejuvenated and inspired, and I can't wait to return again someday.

Location, okay. Rooms are higgledy-piggledy and noisy. I had a window onto internal restaurant. Couldn't open or let in natural light if wanted privacy. Noisy. Could hear where person above me walked. Walked at 11.30pm !!! Then again, 6.00 am!! No good sleep. The rooms have thin walls and weird shapes. Restaurant had a charge of $16us for pizza but charged me $20.70. No other restaurant in town did this! Excessive. Plus, the pizza was salty! I couldn't eat it even though I was hungry as I just couldn't take the salt. Staff friendly and nice. This is a tourist village with lots and lots of various priced places. Unless you get a deal, you can't say no to look elsewhere. Water strength is weak but hot water. No air con or fan. Fan would have been nice as roo. Gets stuffy.

Very nice hotel located in the best area near monteverde, We had a fantastic room with nice view to the rain forest, The onside restaurant was excellent we had a very nice dinner and the service was top noch

Los jardines location is just great is just perfect, easy walk to the santa elena reserve, restaurants and bar, there is a public bus that goes by about 100 yards from the hotel if you are planing visit the cloud forest reserve
