Tutto perfetto, dalla prenotazione alla partenza,servizio ineccepibile, tutto il personale veramente gentilissimo.La camera e soprattutto il bagno molto pulito.

Hotel lag op een industrie terrein. Op zich geen probleem. Want het dorpje Certaldo Alto ligt op loopafstand en je kunt het bereiken met een soort van treintje. In dat dorpje kun je lekker en gezellig eten. Hotel heeft een tuin. Maar daar zouden ze meer mee kunnen doen. Het was er niet erg gezellig. We hebben er een keer gegeten in de avond. Lekker, maar de hoeveelheden waren heel beperkt. Het ontbijt was ronduit slecht.. Brood was hard, echt hard. Er was een mevrouw in de bediening tijdens het ontbijt die zo chagrijnig was dat het vervelend werd. Jammer want we zijn er vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst. Hotel was wel schoon. Zwembad is klein en daarom niet erg geschikt voor onze pubers. Onze kamer was toe aan een opknapbeurt. Kamer van pubers was prima. Door het matige ontbijt en de onvriendelijke bediening tijdens het ontbijt een lage beoordeling.

The staff was very kind, specially Mauro (dinner) and Katharina ( breakfast)! Our dishes for dinner were excellent and the breakfast was sumptuous and fresh. Both kind, helpful, and super friendly. Bed was very good, room as well.

Why the town of Certaldo? We booked a junior suite at the last minute. We were scrambling due to a 24 hour train strike and needed a place to stay close to a wedding venue where we were heading the next day. The room was reasonably priced, clean, and had very nice amenities including a minibar and robes. The buffet breakfast was the best and most complete we had in Italy... including some fabulous homemade baked goods.The main reason I'm giving this place a high rating though is because of Melanie at the desk! She was so welcoming and helped me find solutions to several logistical problems when we arrived late at night. Melanie got us food delivery (the restaurant at the hotel was not open), served us drinks at the bar, and arranged a taxi for us for the next morning. A+ to Melanie!One side note: although it is only a 7 minute walk from the train station it was a bit hairy in the dark. The hotel entrance is on a roundabout and not pedestrian friendly. During the day it probably would be fine!

Very nice affordable hotel on the way to Tuscany. Very large rooms, super pleasant staff and a great lobby with an outstanding breakfast. It's a quick walk from the Certaldo train station. a little challenging at night to navigate a very busy roundabout but otherwise an easy walk.

Lovely hotel with superb facilities in a picturesque environment. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel staff from the receptionist to the waiters and waitresses were so friendly and exceptionally customer-focused. Especially, Mauro, our waiter in the mornings and in the evenings was brilliant and looked after us. His cappuccino was the best.
