The staff was quite friendly. Simple check on process. My room had a great view and my bed was comfy. It was quiet and relaxing. One thing I would want to see is soaps in the bathroom and a more thorough cleaning process in the shower.

The big apple was in a great location.
The customer services were nil and void.
When asked about missing light bulbs in the room, was told there had no more.
The TV did not work. Again, was told someone would be there to fix it in the morning.
The shower only had cold water.

For someone traveling on my own, it was a great place to stay that was affordable while being very close in between downtown and the sangster airport. It would be a better rating if the loud music was turned off. Only reason Im saying this is if a family with children would ever arrive. Other than that good place.

THE PROPERTY REST PEACEFULLY IN THE HILLS OF MONTEGO BAY WITH A GORGEOUS MOUNTAINTOP VIEW OF THE OCEAN AND HIP *****...THE OWNER WAS VERY HOSPITABLE AND HELPFUL.
SIDE NOTE TO ALL JAMAICA TRAVELERS, MAKE SURE TO BUY YOUR FAVORITE BOTTLES OF IMPORTED LIQUOR LIKE TEQUILA, VODKA, GIN, HENNESSY ETC.
