Tropical Court Hotel

I recently attended a close friend's wedding at this venue and was extremely disappointed with both the condition of the space and the service provided. The chairs were torn, bent, and bleached out, making setup embarrassing and uncomfortable. The tables were dirty, there was visible mold on the ceiling, and the entire place was filthy overall, including dirty ceiling fans and unclean windows. There was also water leakage, which further highlighted the venue's severe lack of cleanliness and maintenance.The reception staff was very rude and unhelpful. When we asked for cleaning supplies, the receptionist claimed she didn't know where to find a mop or broom. The bride and groom had rented 50 chairs, but only 34 were provided, some of which were not even proper chairs. When asked about the missing chairs, the receptionist was vague about when they would arrive. Thankfully, Fletcher stepped in to call the boss and address the situation. Additionally, the receptionist prevented the caterers from using the kitchen area. As the reception was ending, she turned off all fans and AC while guests were still present.This unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service made for a major letdown on what should have been a joyful occasion. The venue's online appearance is deceiving; in person, it is far from acceptable. I strongly advise against renting this venue unless significant improvements are made. Do not take the negative reviews lightly.
