An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

The property was nice, pool and the beach area but they need to train some staff on hospitality. The check in staff are not rude but definitely not very welcoming. It seems they were there just for the 9 to 5 and paycheck. I travel multiple times a year to different island and I most of resorts staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcoming so you can return. Not in this resort. Some folks at the bar were the same thing. I usually tip $2 and sometimes $5 per drink and they still don’t show a genuine appreciation. Again it seems to me lack of training as a bartender. After all the experience was nice but I won’t come back.

Resort was clean and comfortable. Staff remembered our names and made us feel welcome. Beach was beautiful. Dinning is a bit limited.

This was our second trip to the Sea Garden and you cant beat the price for all inclusive in Jamaica - unfortunately we had a tropical storm during the trip that bashed the beach area and resulted in beach being closed for two days and multiple power outages - not the resort's fault. However we had very poor water pressure and hot water for showers and there was constant pounding and hammering from construction all day every day near our garden view room. We had much more menu variety during our first trip including a wonderful outdoor romantic dinner near the pool that included a terrific seafood stir fry pasta skillet. That did not happen this trip due to weather but they still could have had the event indoors and the change in the menu was much needed. The staff are awesome and really are the key to the resort's success. The older premises is also very clean and well maintained and has a nice traditional Jamaica feel. Love the evening reggae shows by the pool. For the money there is value but dont expect Sandals.....
