S Hotel Jamaica - Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All-Inclusive Hotel

Mijn vriend vroeg me om een slechte recensie te schrijven. De hotelprijs is absoluut 1300 per dag waard. De redenen zijn als volgt: 1. Aan flarden, de badkuip lekt en de vloer van de kamer staat vol met water. 2. Er zijn geen wegwerpartikelen, zoals tandenborstels, tandpasta, kammen, etc. Het hotel heeft beneden een eigen supermarkt en een tandenborstel-tandpasta kost 8 dollar. De toiletartikelen voor 3.1300 per dag zijn volslagen onzin en de douchegel kan niet worden afgeveegd. 4. Het hotelbuffet is moeilijk te zeggen en ik ben sprakeloos. 's Avonds is het rijst, aardappelen of zoete aardappelen, een groene groente, twee vleeswaren. Weg. De rest zijn cakes en fruitsalades.Als de Chinese maag gaat, wacht dan maar om te sterven. Mijn vriend en ik wilden gewoon de overval oversteken. Toen we terugkeerden naar New York, haastten de twee zich om hete pot te eten als een uitgehongerde geest om hun leven te redden. 5. Schoonmaak U dient tijdens covid19 te bellen om schoon te maken. Maar we hebben ons geen gratis mineraalwater gegeven en handdoeken verschoond. 6. Er staat geen fles water in de koelkast. 7. Toen ik voor het eerst de kamer binnenkwam, was ik opgewonden toen ik de vinylplatenspeler zag. Ik dacht dat dit hotel zo smaakvol was, maar ontdekte dat er display stond, huh. Maar de geografische omgeving is erg goed, de service houding is ook erg goed, het hotel zit vol met souvenirwinkels in de supermarkt. Er is een Starbucks op vijf minuten lopen, een Burger King in een kwartier en een Chinees restaurant in 20 minuten. U kunt de COVID-test direct in het hotel doen, waarna het hotel deze voor vertrek uitprint. Uiteindelijk heeft het hotel een pick-up en drop-off vliegtuig voor 15 dollar per retour.Er is hier een fooisysteem, dus het is erg handig om Amerikaanse dollars te gebruiken. Dat is alles

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

Good services all around, will recommend

The room was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The dining facilities were only average. Could only get reservations for two of the three restaurants all other meals were at the Marketplace buffet or the outdoor buffet. The buffet meals were fine, but I would have liked more variety. Also, there is music by the pool that starts at 10 am and goes until 10 pm…it would have been fine except for the heavy bass. That is not that enjoyable for older (50-60 year old) guests. Also called down for toilet paper at one point and it took 2 hours to get it. Overall…had a great stay, just a few things that put a damper on it.

I’m making plans to go back this year. The food is fresh and always has great options. Layout of the room is great, beds are comfortable and my ocean view room is magical. The only thing I didn’t like was the excursion planning. The hotel needs to formalize it with published prices/packages or just work with companies.

The whole staff , top to the bottom were fantastic! The manager (Marlon) was particularly super friendly and was caring and helpful with all our needs. I have been to a lot of resorts and this resort is the best. A couple of examples: not once did we need to fight for chairs, no matter what we called the office for, they were there in 5 minutes. They go out of their way to provide great service! Oh yeah, the beach is awesome !!

The staff and service were excellent. Each and every member of the staff greeted us warmly and pretty much helped us with whatever we needed. The hotel is right on the beach with private access which was awesome. Food options were good but you do need to reserve for Ala Carte dining

fabulous food and staff. unlike any other all-inclusive. no need to be a preferred. everyone is preferred. high end alcohol. high end menu choices. clean. plenty of sitting and lounging spaces. no need to get up at 5am to reserve a chair! seriously top notch place. just remember it's a boutique hotel so it is small. not a whole lot of entertainment - just the right amount of music and events to entertain. the beach is beautiful. the pool area is spacious and clean. my husband and I were very impressed.
