The staff was very nice, however the room and especially the bathroom is strongly below a 4 stars hotel standard.

I would suggest for 4 star hotel I was surprised that no one assisted with our bags to be honest my Mum is Elderly woman and if other customers are around that staff would assist. Also i know was cool outside but was quite warm in the hotel to point was quite hot at night even though turned off the temp and opened window
