The airports of Marseille (103 km) and Avignon Provence (37 km) offer other transportation options. Simply take a cab or rent a car to quickly reach your room.
The hotel offers 40 rooms divided into four categories: Classic, Deluxe, Family Room and Junior Suites with shower or shower and bathtub depending on the version. Helpful and polite front desk staff.
Housekeeping manager was so helpful during my stay.
Only 2 mins walk, there are few restaurants around as well as few groceries store.
Every Thursday morning there is a fantastic French gathering market.

Hervorragend! Wir wurden sehr! herzlich empfangen an der Rezeption, zuvor konnten wir wegen einer Sperrung der Zufahrtsstraße zum Hotel es erst nicht erreichen und unser Navi fand keinen Weg. Nach Anruf im Hotel kam von dort ein Mitarbeiter gelaufen! und öffnete die Sperrung und geleitete uns neben unserem Auto laufend bis zum Hotel. Dann begleitete er meinen Mann zum Parkplatz, da es kompliziert zur reservierten Parkstelle in einer großen Halle war wegen eines kirchlichen Ereignis mit einem wohl hohen Würdenträger, zu dem die Polizei alles gesperrt hatte. Dies war ein einmaliges Ereignis in Orange, aber man hat uns vom Hotel sehr geholfen mit dem Auto. Unsere Juniorsuite war sehr groß mit grossem bequemen Bett. Das Badezimmer war das größte, was wir in 6 Wochen Frankreichurlaub hatten, alles perfekt ausgestattet, klassischer Stil , aber mit sehr schönen Kacheln/Fliesen. Die Dusche war sehr groß und nichts wurde nass außerhalb und der Fliesenboden in der Dusche war nicht glatt, sondern sehr sicher (viel ! besser als in den meisten anderen Hotels). Duschen war ein Genuss dort! Alles war schön eingerichtet, NICHT wie in einer anderen Gästebewertung geschrieben „lieblos“, das stimmt nicht. Die Heizung funktionierte gut (November) und man konnte bei offenem Fenster schlafen, so schön ruhig war es. Gefrühstückt haben wir dort nicht, also dazu keine Meinung. Lage perfekt im Zentrum. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, absolut empfehlenswert, dem Hotel und seinen Mitarbeitern vielen Dank!!

Moderne comfortabele kamer, heel proper. Airco onbruikbaar wegens zeer gecompliceerde afstandsbediening. Mooie badkamer met douche en bad, echter alleen lauw water voorhanden, zelfs na minuten wachten met lopende kraan. Achterstallig onderhoud in de gangen en trap. Het ontbijt is behoorlijk, de warme gerechten (eieren, bacon, worstjes) waren koud.

I would recommend people stay away from the hotel. it was an awful experience. The room I got was nothing like what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. It was in a separate building on the ground floor and a window with the bar in front, people pass by and watch you all the time. This terrible condition make I feel like I am in a prison. The main door of the building was left unlocked, which is a huge security risk. This is completely unacceptable for guest safety. When I spoke to the staff, they dismissed me by saying I had requested a “classic room,” and you also booked the room today, I cannot give you other room. In stead of assisting, the staff started to defend and never listen. This response was unacceptable and showed a complete disregard for guest safety and comfort. I couldn’t sleep all night because I felt unsafe. Best Western needs to review their safety and security protocols immediately. The current standards are way below what’s expected of a 4-star hotel. Misleading guests about room categories and neglecting their safety is inexcusable. I hope they take serious action to fix these issues. #WorstHotelStay #BestWestern #HotelReview #Unsafe #PoorService

The hotel was nice. The wine was great. The location is awesome. THE STAFF IS THE BEST HOTEL STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN. The women at the front desk went so far above and beyond that I was consistently impressed. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Located very close to the centre pf Orange, our x3 nighht stay at Hotel d'Orange was an excellent. Recently refurbished and renamed the Hotel d'Orange has great Provencale character and makes a very good base from which to explore this small but beautiful town and the surrounding area. Staff were very helpful too.

Very nice hotel with a modern decoration and cosy atmosphere. Well located in the center, close to the Roman amphitheater. The down side is the air-conditioning that was turn off when it was unusually hot for the season. The top Management did not inform the guests when the decision was taken early on based on dates in a calendar rather than on the temperatures and the forecast. The Top Management decided deliberately not to turn on it again despite several clients' complaints. Pity for a 4 star hotel!
