La habitación en sí no estaba mal, las camas eran cómodas pero una de las camas tenía enchufe para cargar el móvil y la otra no. Además en el baño cuando llegamos había una avispa medio muerta en el suelo del baño, y por la noche nos picó algo (creemos que una araña) y nos dejó a cada uno como 5-6 picaduras, la limpieza dejó mucho que desear. El agua del grifo de la ducha se salía. Al centro tardábamos 15 minutos andando por calles un poco solitarias y de barrio bajo.
Para el excesivo precio que tiene deja mucho que desear.

A very very clean hotel, everything new and well maintained.
Very close (5-7 minute walk) to the Central Station and take Train or Bus. From here you can take bus no. 1 for Milan Bergamo Airport €2.60 ticket. See the program in the attached picture.

房間很好，需要提前辦理入住，很完美的地方，打開窗户就能看到晨光，在意大利就像入童話一般，辦理入住店員會推薦早餐，12.99歐/位，非常好，都是自助的，樣品非常多，基本可以滿足一天的能量。

Cerca de la estación de trenes y el aeropuerto de Bérgamo. Te permite moverte a diferentes ciudades cómodamente. El personal muy atento a todo lo que necesitábamos. Solo probamos el desayuno que tienen para los más madrugadores, bastante correcto para el precio.
Si tuviera que poner una pega. En la habitación hacia algo de frío y el aire acondicionado no era capaz de subir la temperatura, creando ruidos molestos. Imposible dejarlo encendido mientras dormías.

The place was admittedly a little bit difficult to get to but was very worth the price paid and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The plus point is that the hotel is very near to the airport and it was convenient to get there to catch my morning flight.

Reception very friendly,although there was an error regarding breakfast payment.
Room very clean, very functional with comfortable bed.
Breakfast excellent.
Only concern was walking from Station through quite intimidating area. I would not recommend anyone on their own to walk the route except in daytime.
Some people could have sleep disturbed by train noise but I wasn't. Picture from bedroom.
