Slechte aandacht voor klanten, ondermaats personeel voor het aantal klanten, in alle diensten. Frontale hulp maar geen inhoudelijke, niet-professionele medewerkers bij het inchecken, aanvankelijk kwam de toegewezen kamer niet overeen met degene die was geboekt, na meer dan een half uur discussie konden we de kamer van tevoren betaald krijgen.
Het hotel heeft een uitstekend zwembad.
Schoonmaak moet worden beoordeeld, bevlekt en zelfs versleten handdoeken.

De grote + is het zwembad dat erg mooi en vooral groot is. Ideaal voor gezinnen.
De minste minpunten: de kamer was niet erg schoon (vlekken in het bad, badkamertegels, etc.), een medewerker van de conciërge was echt niet gastvrij.

Hotel favoloso , camera spaziose e ben arredate , pulizie e tutto ben curato !! Arredamento nella norma , la chicca e la piscina grande e ben tenuta . Insomma qualità prezzo nella norma , a 100 metri fuori c’è la spiaggia lorvotto , quindi tutto perfetto !

The service was really bad. Concierge confused the luggages and it took over one to get them up to the room.
house keeping didnt refill the minibar nor cleared all the dirty glasses ....

4pm checking ridiculously late
So can’t use your room that you’ve payed for ! We were leaving at 9am in the morning And then trying to up sell us a more expensive room as ours wasn’t ready !
Coffee machine wasn’t working and said they would replace and didn’t until we complained a second time! Asked milk and tea in room as none
Just poor !
Basically all I could hear around the hotel were people complaining and arguing about service of the hotel
In my opinion it was not relaxing as it was spoilt by all of this

What a beautiful hotel with excellent food,
