We waren geboekt voor een conferentie, maar ondanks bevestigingen (volledig betaald) kregen we uiteindelijk geen conferentiezaal en moesten we op zoek naar alternatieven. Er waren zeer ervaren investeerders aanwezig.

Ver weg van de lawaaierige bewegingen van Mombasa, een klein hoekje van Tranquilleeeeee Alles is leuk, zelfs de apen die rondhangen in het park Lekker buffet en gevarieerde keuken Het is geen groot complex, maar een zeer goed onderhouden en schone plaats Glimlachend personeel. Nickel pool Levendige bar precies goed Nairobi-inwoners komen de weekenden doorbrengen

Vriendelijk, schoon hotel met een idyllisch uitzicht !! Zeer vriendelijk en glimlachend zorgzaam personeel. Speciale vermelding voor Douglas (de barman) die een geweldig persoon is. Het eten is goed, ook al blijft het een buffet en daarom een beetje repetitief! Wat betreft de strandjongens, ze zijn erg actief om je heen zodra je een voet op het strand zet, maar na 2-3 dagen laten ze je met rust! Het strand is prachtig met een beetje zeewier bij vloed en aarzel niet om bij eb te lopen om de kreeftschildpadvissen te zien (met snorkelmasker) Het oceaanwater 25 graden in de ochtend 35 in de middag middag !!! Tijdens de week hadden we het hotel bijna voor onszelf! In maart Hotel op mensenmaat aan te bevelen

Hotel perfect gelegen zeer schoon met vriendelijk en toegewijd personeel. De keuken is goed. Het animatieteam is vriendelijk. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Geen klachten te maken

Terrible, not 4* stars for sure. Me and husband stayed there for one week 2024 Jan 20 - 27. Room was totally dirty with never cleaned windows. You can check it from photos that I attached. Food variety at restaurant was poor, but that wasn’t the main problem. We had all inclusive and yes, we could get potatoes, rice, ugali, some vegs. As much as you need. But not meet or fish. In salad bar plates, there was always only sauce left and never re-filled. And in grill they “offered” one sort of meet and 1 sort of fish. The grill was always empty, only cook awaiting and “ready” to serve. After kind asking for meat, the cook always started to grill 2 small pieces and what an angry face he (or she) made when asked to add!!!! That’s how this hotel rations meat or fish. One day instead of hakuna matata one of the staff in restaurant told me hakuna matiti. Be sure - this is not greeting and that was made to insult and to laugh from silly “dear guest” who was just asking for slice of meat. Territory is nice, ocean views good. But don’t go there!

Sure they were cool ,the rooms were so comfortable,the experience at the restaurant was amazing just an opinion if you can incorporate baby's food it can be of a wooow factor

Amazing location, great food, excellent staff. The all inclusive package is unbelievable, includes snacks throughout the day. Nightly shows. They have a crew that engages with guests with activities including board games, you would not feel lonely at all.

It is a small beautiful hotel. By all sta,ndards the hotel is a nice get away to take some rest and spend time with family. It is not crowded and is very calm with a very clean beach. The dtaff are polite and helpful. Have only one swimming pool which makes it limiting. Did not seem to have a smooking zone or guests were allowed to smoke anywhere which was not pleasant. The food is nice. No much variety but good enough. There were kids activities and music was played through the day. I would still come back. It is worth the cash.

Place is really good but…. this is the first hotel in my life from many who cancel all inclusive after check out. Weak. Beside this plus for clean rooms, nice service, great food and beautiful views.
