We had been booked in for a conference but we ended up not getting a conference hall despite confirmations (fully paid) and had to look for alternatives. We had very senior investors who were to attend.

Loin des mouvements bruyants de Mombasa un p’tit coin de Tranquilleeeeee Tout est sympa même les Monkeys qui traînent dans le Parc Buffet sympa et cuisine variée Ce n est pas un gros complexe mais un lieu très entretenu et propre Un personnel souriant. Piscine nickel Bar animé juste ce qu il faut Les locaux de Nairobi viennent y passer le w end

Hôtel sympathique et propre avec une vue idyllique !! Personnel au petit soins très gentils et souriants. Mention particulière à Douglas (le barman) qui est une super personne . La nourriture est bonne même si ça reste un buffet et donc un peu répétitif ! En ce qui concerne les beach boys , ils sont très actifs autour de vous a peine un pied mis sur la plage mais après 2-3 jours ils vous laisse tranquille ! La plage est belle avec un peu d’algue à marré haute et ne pas hésiter à marcher à marré basse pour aller voir les poissons tortues langoustes (Avec masque tuba) L’eau de l’océan 25 degrés le matin 35 l’après-midi !!! En semaine on a eu l’hôtel presque pour nous ! En Mars Hôtel à taille humaine à recommander

Hôtel parfaitement situé très propre avec un personnel gentil et dévoué. La cuisine est bonne. L'équipe d'animation est sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Aucun reproche à faire

Terrible, not 4* stars for sure. Me and husband stayed there for one week 2024 Jan 20 - 27. Room was totally dirty with never cleaned windows. You can check it from photos that I attached. Food variety at restaurant was poor, but that wasn’t the main problem. We had all inclusive and yes, we could get potatoes, rice, ugali, some vegs. As much as you need. But not meet or fish. In salad bar plates, there was always only sauce left and never re-filled. And in grill they “offered” one sort of meet and 1 sort of fish. The grill was always empty, only cook awaiting and “ready” to serve. After kind asking for meat, the cook always started to grill 2 small pieces and what an angry face he (or she) made when asked to add!!!! That’s how this hotel rations meat or fish. One day instead of hakuna matata one of the staff in restaurant told me hakuna matiti. Be sure - this is not greeting and that was made to insult and to laugh from silly “dear guest” who was just asking for slice of meat. Territory is nice, ocean views good. But don’t go there!

Have stayed here many times over the last 8 years and it never disappoints. From the lovely rooms to the friendly staff (Lillian, Norah and Mercy in reception, the waiting staff Violin, Zepphorah, Hasan, Yawa, Paul, Karissa and the entertainment staff Michael and his team) who look after your every need it is no wonder this hotel is my go to in Mombasa. And of course how can you ignore the glorious beach! Thank you to everyone at Neptune for constantly making my stay fabulous!

Sure they were cool ,the rooms were so comfortable,the experience at the restaurant was amazing just an opinion if you can incorporate baby's food it can be of a wooow factor

Amazing location, great food, excellent staff. The all inclusive package is unbelievable, includes snacks throughout the day. Nightly shows. They have a crew that engages with guests with activities including board games, you would not feel lonely at all.

It is a small beautiful hotel. By all sta,ndards the hotel is a nice get away to take some rest and spend time with family. It is not crowded and is very calm with a very clean beach. The dtaff are polite and helpful. Have only one swimming pool which makes it limiting. Did not seem to have a smooking zone or guests were allowed to smoke anywhere which was not pleasant. The food is nice. No much variety but good enough. There were kids activities and music was played through the day. I would still come back. It is worth the cash.
