We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

Excellent staff but the amenities need a renovation.
Throughout the years amenities such as water jets in outdoor pools have stopped working and have never been fixed.

Απογοήτευση! Τα επίπεδα εξυπηρέτησης εξαιρετικά χαμηλά. Στη ρεσεψιόν λες και έπρεπε να συνδεθεί ένας με ένα σε μηχάνημα για να εξυπηρετήσουν. Η κράτηση ήταν δίκλινο με παιδί και βρίσκουμε διπλό κρεβάτι με δυο στρώματα. Χρειάστηκε να καλέσω 4 φορές στη ρεσεψιόν για να έρθουν και μετά τον μεσημεριανό υπνο. Στην πισινα κυνηγάμε το προσωπικο για παραγγελια και στα σπα μάλλον δεν θέλουν να δουλευουν εκει, αλλιώς δεν εξηγείται η συμπεριφορά τους. Οι καμαριέρες το πιο ευγενικό προσωπικο του ξενοδοχείου θα έλεγα.

Καταπληκτική πισίνα! Οι ιαματικές δεν με τρέλαναν το φαγητό και ο μπουφές πλούσιο και νόστιμο.
Οι εγκαταστάσεις （κυρίως το δωμάτιο） για 5 αστέρων δεν ήταν, ωστόσο για την τιμή του ήταν οκ.
Το σπά αδιάφορο και η υποδοχή όχι και τόσο ευγενική.
Ενα τεράστιο αρνητικό είναι τα άπειρα κουνούπια που υπήρχαν （εντός του δωματίου） που είναι απόλυτα λογικό με βουνό απο τη μια θάλασσα απο την άλλη και 3 πισίνες μπροστά, ωστόσο απο 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο θα περίμενα τουλάχιστον ένα αντικουνουπικό στο δωμάτιο!!

zeer goed hotel, heel proper, lekker eten, goede ligging, mooi zwembad, goede wellness. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Misschien het tapijt in de kamer vervangen door parket of vloer. Liever iets meer betalen voor het verblijf en dan een volledige all-in.

"Galini" means tranquility! It absolutely true. Amazing Spa, plenty tasty food and wonderful cheerful service. Rooms very warm, beds comfortable and everywhere cleanness. Thank you Mitsis Galini Team!

Very good and clean hotel with incredible amenities. The pool areas are immaculate and spotlessly clean. The spa is perfect with thermal water and sea water, and also at the back of the hotel there is an outdoor pool with thermal water. All the interiors are spotlessly clean, the staff are very kind and smiling and always willing to offer you their services. The space of the restaurant is very good and large, in its buffet and in the three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) there is everything for all taste preferences. We recommend it unreservedly and especially with all inclusive you have everything. We had a fantastic three days. We thank the manager, Mr. Dosis Pavlos, for his information and his kindness.

Beautiful and functional spaces. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location (mountain & sea). Large buffet with quite a wide variety. The only exception were the non-functional hot tubs (hydromassage) in the pools... Thank you!
