Nightmare !!! 1 st I arrive with everything paid and they say is overbooking that I need to wait , after 2 hours waiting and after some people make check in after me that get me a room ! Not even a glass of water they offer me . Last night I ask for room service , and after 2 hours nothing ! Call to reception ask what happens and don’t know ! Not a work say sorry ! I was in almost 400 hotels THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE TO BE ! Professionalism ZERO !

Breakfast in Novotel Mohammedia is so versatile and delicious with some local specialities that you must try. Everything is so fresh and do not miss the ginger juice, that if something will wake you up in the morning! Staff is so kind and helpful, especially miss Sandrine :)

The receptionist was not straightforward about breakfast arrangements. At check in, we were told the breakfast was complimentary, only to find it the next day that we had to pay for breakfast.

The buffet breakfast is good and one can order an omelette or fried eggs. The service is also good, with Sandrine the waitress is always available to assist. The rooms are in a good condition and there is a nice swimming pool.

Excellent hotel. Lovely room, great bar and restaurant and very pleasant staff especially Sandrine who was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Will definitely return.

Comfortable beds, CHAIMA in the reception is amazing girl helpful and guidind with all quetion, she is great and profesionl , we were welcom with smile, and you can feel the heart-warming welcome, all the stan t reception were realy nice, thank you NOVOTEL MOHAMDIA & Thank you Chaima :* , HOTEL as a relaxing and pleasant experience,

Good hotel clean and nice environment, good restaurant in the lobby and nice music The breakfast was very good, sweet breakfast and the people work on the breakfast is very good such as Issam and the African lady is very hospitality and have a great smile
