When the room was booked for 3 adults, toiletries should be kept for all of them. Fridge should have been stacked with soft drinks ( ofcorse can be charged later).
Very important, no exhaust in washroom which was quite surprising.
Hope hotel considers the above and improve the facility.

Een hotel om te adviseren was super goed en comfortabel in service en ontbijt ook het personeel locatie is ok goed voor een overnachting naar Shimla voor doorreis is het perfecte geest expreience and tasty food and thanks Ajax and sapna fron reception

Big thanks to Pratik and Disket for their excellent customer service. Food was awesome with lot of variety european and indian cuisine. First time in Chandigarh and in Regenta Hotels. Highly recommended.

Rooms are clean. Food is very well. Ambience is good too. Riya and kajal at the restaurant are a gen at their work. Thanks regenta for the service. They serve ***y options in breakfast including south indian, north indian, bakery items, eggs/omlette. You name it. Cheers to your team!!

Room service and food is good. Friendly staff. Ms Kajal during dinner and breakfast was very polite and quick. Ms. Riya was there as well to assure overall service. We booked over phone, check in was very smooth. They served made to order evening tea and snacks and dinner for us.

It was a wonderful stay at regenta Central. Everything was perfect like cleanliness, service quality, Excellent food, safety of visitors ensured by smoke detectors in the room, staff was very polite and helpful. 2 smooth working Lifts are available, so you need not to wait for long. Curtains and bedsheets all were perfectly clean. Air conditioning was working excellently. You need not to wait anywhere as the hotel staff is attending guests eagerly having smile on their face. Hair dryer was available in the bathroom. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Thankyou regenta for making my stay pleasant.

The hotel room was good and the food was awesome Staff was very friendly and courteous Kajal was very helpful and forever smiling. Room and bathrooms were very clean and hygienic. Room service was fast and swift. Food was very nice and tasty.

Great clean rooms. Wonderful staff. Kajal helped in the resturant. Very pleasant. Good food. Not much spicy. Parathyroid was great. Healthy breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed ourstay.alsovegetarian choices were good. Good latte, had two cups.
