Love's Beach and Dive Resort

Очень приятный отель!!! Были там с 30.04 по 5.05. Уютный отель с вежливым и внимательным персоналом. Он не очень новый, но все в хорошем состоянии. Отель находится на 1 линии, ресторан с очень вкусной едой и коктейлями прямо на берегу, что добавляет ему романтичности. Здесь хочется проводить время за созерцанием воды, неба, жизни людей. В отеле бассейн, джакузи, за дополнительную плату приятный массаж в бесседке и т.д. Очень зеленый, со своим маленьким пляжем. Нам не хватало чайника и чашек в номере, но можно в кафе купить кипяток, который принесет в номер сотрудник отеля. Минутах в 30 езды рекомендуем побывать на коньенеринге и потратить 2 часа езды на машине, чтобы поплавать с китовой акулой, а поплавать с черепахами и сардинами можно около отеля самим или заказать инструктора. Отдохнули прекрасно!

Love the big, deep pool, maybe 3 metres deep. Direct access to the ocean from private beach. I love the quiet seclusion, but still a short walk to other shops, bars etc. Beware, they only take cash. Dive shop is excellent.

Wandered in for a drink and to watch the sunset. Staff were playing on phones and service was poor to say the least. The drink soft drink was flat and no cocktails. The staff were simply rude and when we asked for a fresh can they made us pay for the flat one. Worst experience. We had wonderful service and meals else where on our trip. We left our drinks paid and wouldn’t recommend.

We like the ambiance on the property, and the room is spotless. There’s a water heater in the toilet with basic toiletries provided. The only downside is the public transport, but the staff can help you book a trike going to places where you wanna go.

Booked a “garden view” room at this resort during the Holy Week and our first impression was how cozy the atmosphere was. The scenery was also great because the resort is being surrounded by trees, and the dining area (restaurant) overlooked the beach. The resort also had an easy & exclusive access to the beach through the side of the restaurant entrance for those who wants to head for a quick swim at the beach. Rooms were also spacious and the bathroom had a hot & cold shower (though please note, pillows were very flat and blankets were as thin as the bedsheets they used. Bath towels don’t smell fresh - they had stains to it). However, the resort was not transparent with their room rates. Though you are paying this amount for your room, there are plenty of add-on’s that they do not inform you about prior to your booking/check-in at the resort. Had to pay additional pesos for pillows and a water thermal due to their lack of information (they do not have a mini fridge nor a kettle at the room we stayed). Though we don’t mind paying if it’s reasonable, but we found it very ridiculous to pay this kind of amount when these should have been provided for free by the resort without additional charges (this is coming from us who are well-travelled people). Besides the transparency rate issue, the resort doesn’t accept credit card payments, they only accept cash. They do not issue you an official receipt as well, just a handwritten break-down of your total expenses at the resort. All customers should be entitled to an official receipt for transparency purposes. During our stay in the resort, we also noticed that there was a difference in hospitality towards foreign tourist and Asian/local tourists. Their staff and manager paid more attention and were more hospitable to foreigners - attending to their needs and engaging more with them. However, when it came to Asian/local tourists like us, they lack attention and hospitality. They mistakenly took our breakfast orders, though we specifically mentioned what we wanted to have. We felt very isolated and indifferent, making our overall experience at the resort not as pleasant as we hoped it would be. Though we had a great time in Moalboal, we will never book with this resort ever again after what had happened to us.

Service is awesome thats why we go back.
