Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast offers more choices. Nice to have stay near national parks.

Good hotel to stay here near by the arch national park and mesa arch

We did not get the room we reserved. We reserved a king and were put in a room with 2 double beds. Then before 10 the next morning we were rudely disturbed by an employee walking through loudly knocking and saying “housekeeping”. We felt rushed and inconvenienced even though checkout was not until over an hour later.

Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. There was hair and mud on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Then we found more hair in the sheets. They had obviously not been washed. The curtains were broken so the bright parking lot light shined in the room all night. They were out of shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The room was next to the outside door which slammed shut every time someone used it which woke us up every time. The front desk guy was very apologetic and kind but man this was awful.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS: -Dirty lobby floors that were not mopped the 4 days I stayed. -Bathtub had hairs an dust. -No bodywash in bath dispenser. -Breakfast was incomplete (missing scrambled eggs for 2 days). -The oa**eal was either dry/lumpy or watery. As an IHG member, I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express Hotels; this one has been by far the worst . We checked in at 6pm and went out to eat. Came back close to midnight after sightseeing the Parks. I saw the dirty bathtub but was not going to call for it to be cleaned at midnight and have my kids/wife wait (we were desperate to shower and sleep). The next 2 days however, I left the sign for the room t be serviced to no avail. That's when I brought the issue to the General Manager Christy" whom was the u**ost unprofessional when handling my complaint about breakfast and room issues. She even "air quoted" me stating if I was so "disappointed" in the hotel I should have left and that the breakfast has bad online reviews anyway. I believe this hotel could be a gem but it is awfully managed. Very disappointed and will NOT RECOMMEND anyone to stay. Many others to chose in the area.

Perfect location for visiting Arches & Canyonlands National Parks and Dead Horse Point State Park. We appreciate that Holiday Inn Express has standards that apply to any location and thus we generally stay at your hotel anywhere in the USA.

Holiday Inn express in Moab is absolutely amazing! Hot tub! Pool! Breakfast! All perfect!
