受付のスタッフの説明が分かりづらい。
聞き取りづらい。
施設は綺麗だけど、この金額で味わえる特別感が少なく感じました。

2020年に利用させて頂き2度目の宿泊でした。
オフシーズンの宮古島を堪能できました。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございます。
一点気になったのは、レストランで注文したペスカトーレが魚介の出汁の味が全くせず、トマトパスタに海鮮が乗っている感じでした。

酒店風景很不錯，服務和房間也都非常好，但周邊配套比較差，幾乎什麼都沒。建議一定要租車或包車，否則衹能在酒店裡泡着。

Amazing place for couples vacation Staff goes out of their way to provide a good experience Comfortable rooms and good turndown service Great views from the pool. Nice small plates served by the pool Great excursion organised by the hotel to coral reef Food is good at breakfast. The dinner prices too expensive Try food in the area. Some walking distance options

Avoid at all costs. This hotel is 3 stars at best and charges 5 star rates. The property only benefits from its stunning views and location which is not unique and can be achieved anywhere on Miyako. The mid level room was over $1000 and was nowhere near the quality of the other luxury hotels we have stayed at on our two week honeymoon. All of the reviews that are glowing are surely from guests who do not know what a $1000 hotel experience should be. The service at dinner was unbearably slow nearly 2 hours to deliver 1 soup 1 salad and 1 entree. Water was never filled. Our server was so preoccupied in long conversations with other Japanese guests and tables with loud and disruptive children. Lastly the bed was unbearably hard. I know this is a personal preference but trust me there was something wrong with this bed. A hard foam bed with zero fluffy surface at all equivalent to putting a 1cm foam pad on the floor. You will be much happier staying at the brand new hilton hotel.

4年前、昨年に続き3度目の宿泊です。 開業から5年半、今ぜひ行くべきリゾートと思います。 なぜなら、施設もまだまだ綺麗ですし、スタッフのスキルが素晴らしくなりました。 昨年、事前にどうしても手配出来なかったレンタカーを見事に探してくれたスタッフがお出迎え、お久です。この方、万一に備えて、今年も一応レンタカー手配しておきましたと。今回は自分で手配出来たのでお断りしましたが、気遣いには驚きです。 スタッフの挨拶も心地良く、スモールホテルと言えども、必ず苗字で「◯◯様こんにちは」と挨拶され、良く覚えているなとビックリ。 ウェルカムフルーツのパインのカットをお願いして外出したら、帰って来てすぐに冷たいパインが部屋に到着。いやはや、お心遣いに敬服です。 乗車したタクシー乗務員も言ってましたが、ホテルは見かけでは無く、迎車で呼ばれた時のベルボーイの対応でホテルのグレードがすぐ分かると言ってました。 行くなら、スタッフのスキルとモチベーションが充実してる今こそお勧めです。 出来過ぎでしょ。

客室清掃の前後でアクセサリーがなくなっていました… 置いていた場所からして清掃の過程で間違えて紛失したとかではないと思います。 万一そうだったら相当雑な清掃です。 自分にも責任はあるし、家族に伝えて嫌な気分を広めたくなくて、フロントにいたスタッフに、客室でなくし物をしたと個別に相談しましたが、「そうですか。ではどうすれば良いですか。」と言われてショックでした。 高級ホテルみたいにゴミを保管したりしていないのでしょうか… これから宿泊する方はきちんとセキュリティボックスを活用した方が良いと思います。 高価なものでなくても、結構残念な気分になります。
