Water park area needed serious attention. Steps to slide was really rusted. Pool water and spa water was cloudy.

This hotel was disgusting. The room was full of rust as well as the pool area. The fire sprinklers were rusted and not in working condition, causing a safety concern.
Our room would not lock from the inside due to being broken.

Pictures sure are deceiving. The place was very old, gross, dingy. The food was repulsive. The pool area is run down, and probably a hazard as most of the metal portions in the child area is rusty. Based upon how many people were there, I can almost bet this hotels gets thousands and thousands of dollars in revenue. So maybe the owners should stop being so cheap and actually invest in their investment. The reviews for the property are a lie. No one can honestly go into a place like that and say that it was a wonderful stay. I regret staying here. Not worth the money, find another hotel to stay in.

Check-in was seemless even though it was busy. Breakfast area was a bit small but had your typical breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool and slide. Hotel was aged but you could tell it was well kept. We would return if we happened to be in the area again.

Overall, it was a good experience. Not the fanciest hotel in the world but we appreciated the friendly service, free breakfast, clean room, and pet policy which allowed our 2 pups to stay comfortably. We have no complaints

The parking lot shares with a fast food restaurant and the exterior doors opened without a key, it must have been broken. It wasn’t a bad experience, but the pool wasn’t available. It would have been nice to know when we arrived that they were replacing the heater. Other than that it was fine.

We enjoy staying here because the price is right and the hotel is decent for the price. The kids like the slide and the breakfast in the morning. Sure, the hotel and the pool could use some updating but again, for the price it’s a good place to stay. The people who run it are very accommodating and I appreciate their service. We will stay here again.

The entire building had an strange odor. It smelled like middle eastern food throughout. It was almost too much. We probably will not stay there next time.

Outdated. Booked a king bed, it was a murphy bed about the size of a full. The toilet seat was broken and glued back together with caulking. The bath tub would not hold water and water was luke warm.
