Quality Inn & Suites Missoula

The service was okay. We got checked in by a nice lady who I think was the only worker there. I got a King Suite and I think housekeeping must have forgot to clean it. I could understand if it was a little but I had to wipe down the entire room. It was that bad! I stayed at the hotel years ago and I don’t remember it being this bad. But maybe I caught them at a bad time. Not sure. Anyway… I enclosed pics.

I had a pleasant stay

When I entered to sign in it took awhile for someone to come to the front desk. The young man was friendly but not very helpful with some of my issues. After noticing that there was no TV guide, I went back to the desk to ask for one and he gave me the wrong one. When I went back later he showed me the correct one and told me I could take a picture with my phone, as there was only one at the front desk. There was no helpful information in the room regarding where things were located in Missoula. In the morning after a shower, I discovered that the hair dryer did not work. When I tried to turn it on the lights above the sink flickered, so I informed the young man at the front desk and told him there was probably an electrical problem. He agreed that this was probably the problem. This was a safety concern for me but I was not offered any solution. This is an old hotel that needs updating. The pictures online did not reflect this and I probably should have known due to the fact that the price was quite reasonable. Regardless, I will not be staying at this motel again if I am in Missoula.

The room was nice. It was big and clean. No drink machines were working. The pool was small. Only hot food for breakfast was waffles.

The bathroom sink faucett was falling off the counter and hanging half off. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged items

The night staff member was friendly and worked with us to find a room had a working heater. The breakfast buffet was awesome. More choices than usually offered at a hotel breakfast. Hot tub was excellent after a cold day shopping.

I have stayed here a few times and it always a good experience. Th see only problem was the fridge was noisy. Otherwise perfect.

Clean and comfortable budget motel. Quiet. The internet was super slow and it took me three hours to download several large files. If you need internet for work, prepare in advance.

Room was not cleaned at all. Just the bed was made back up not changed . Nothing had been wiped down in living/bedroom area or bathroom. Garbage still on floor coffee hair and rings left on surfaces. Bathroom smelled of cigarettes. I did make it clear to front desk even brought the garbage left on floor in a cup up to to them. Nothing was done til the next day . They then cleared it but still didn't change the bedding. A couple of front desk people had a terrible attitude and one was falling asleep in a lounge chair off and throughout shift. It was a terrible terrible terrible experience. I keep trying to download pictures of all of above and it won't let me. If someone can contact me I have them
